Rosebud Motel

Stayed a night for work. Rosebud motel, is easy to get to, convenient location, greeted by friendly staff and the room i stayed in was spotless! Thank you team, will be coming back every time I work up here

New owners Alberto and Elaine very friendly and extremely helpful and they are going in the right direction upgrading the motel giving it a modern feel and look great location very clean and big swimming pool and family oriented

We booked this place at last minute on the way to Cape Schanck. Host was super friendly and communication was amazing. Beach was just a few steps away, and we did not had to worry about the door key as they had key lockers near the every door.

Great location, friendly staff, and I would highly recommend it for a weekend getaway, not only for couples, but families too.
I loved how close it was to the beach, and the amenities on offer were brilliant, it is all very well maintained and accommodating.
The rooms were comfortable, clean and homely. It was a great place to escape to, and we will definitely be back again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great location, with a clean safe beach across the road. The rooms are a bit plain, but new owners are working through these. The recreation room, bbq area and pool are family friendly. Would recommend.

Rooms a bit dated, but new owners are working hard to improve them. Pool great! Owner and his wife ere most friendly and couldn’t do enough to ensure our group was well catered for.

Great customer service and motel is situated in a nice location, only needed a few minutes drive to places we need to visit. Clean and equipped rooms, very friendly staff. Loved the stay, definitely gonna re-visit. Thanks to Alberto:)

Very helpful staff that were able to accommodate all my needs. A nice new BBQ and area for kids to play along with a pool for a dip on a hot day

Had a big group of golfing girls staying at the motel and we had a great time. Looking forward to the rooms being renovated and updated when we return next year. Great advantage of having the pool, bbq, recreation room and kitchen available when you are catering and entertaining a big group.

We have been coming to this motel for the last 6 years whilst Joanne was the owner. She was absolute amazing and we have made the best memories there up until this trip now that the owner has changed!
New owners want to up the price and don’t tolerate any noise level. Complaining all the time and to top it off discriminated against our culture! Totally unacceptable!

We had to find accommodation last minute due to a family emergency, and the owner was more than accommodating. He went above and behind to ensure that our stay was pleasant, and that we were completely comfortable at all times. The pool was amazing and loved by young and old. Thank-you we will be back in the near future.

Excellent location, beach straight across the road. Under New Management, staff made us feel very welcome. Rooms need a little tidying up but hosts Elaine and Alberto have advised this will be their main focus now that they are there. Some guests were rude, removed furniture from rooms and had very loud music, the management staff were very quick to address this to ensure other guests had a pleasurable stay. Can't wait to see the improvements on our next stay

Our hosts Elaine and Alberto certainly have the perfect attitude to run a motel. They were very welcoming and I felt very relaxed in the lovely garden by the pool.

Our room was clean and comfortable. There some things that need updating but, they only took over the motel 3 days before our stay and have great plans for improving the motel.

All in all I would highly recommend staying at this venue!

Was lovely people that own the place n so friendly. There workers aswell. So close to the beach. Just nice place to stop n have a nice relaxing night.

The stay was really great. Ideal location, easy accessibility to all tourist spots, nice customer service.

We stayed last night and what a beautiful place. Everything is right at your doorstep. Pool, bbq, parking and right across the road from the beach. Our checkin process was smooth, our linen was perfect. Can’t wait to go back.

We done a stay for 3 nights. We are regulars at this motel because of the great service we used to receive by last owner Joanne. But now with the new owner Alberto it was all a different experience. Upon arrival he tried to up the price on the day of check in. He then accused myself of breaking a shower head that was already broken. He spat on my car as I was leaving and and said racist comments to myself wife and 3 children I have never felt so discussed in my life.

Booking was easy. There was proper confirmation before the date booked. The staff at reception was very friendly.
Issues, the other room booked has an air-condition that cooled at midnight. Roughly 10 hours after turning it on. The room was prepared when we came in though looking tidy.

Nice clean little motel to stay at. Nothing overly fancy but still good. The staff there are lovely and friendly. Will be staying there again.
