Rosebud Motel

We were staying for 2 nights. The location is perfect to explore Mornington Peninsula surrounding attractions. The owner is very friendly and accomodating. The pool and bbq area is so nice and relaxing. 2 nights wasn’t enough to stay in this motel should stay longer but they are fully booked. Will back again one day to stay longer. The room Is renovated with modern touch. Very clean and smell good when you enter.

We were very happy with our stay at Rosebud Motel. Alberton and staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and freshly redecorated.
The pool would be great in warmer weather and the games room, BBQ area and communal kitchen are a fabulous feature.
With the beach just across the road, plenty of eateries close by and at a very reasonable price you can't go past this motel.
We will definately be staying again as well as recommending it to others.

Nice motel with very friendly and accommodating hosts. Beds were firm and comfy. Good shower pressure and consistent hot water. Has common room with large fridge, cutleries and cooking equipment. Thanks Alberno!

Perfect winter get away where you can snuggle up in a newly renovated calm warm room and still rug up and cross the road to walk along a pristine beach. I was pleasantly surprised that the rooms were tastefully updated and had the fresh, clean and new feeling. A bit of traffic white noise in the morning but not a real concern. Excellent value for money-shhhhh!

Stayed overnight. Very clean and room perfect. Lovely quiet area by the beach and warm greetings on arrival.

Wow what a beautiful upgrade and such lovely owners. They really care about their guests experience. I absolutely loved the room which was thoughtfully stocked and then I went to the on-site kitchen area. This would be the perfect place to stay for an extended time I am only sad that I couldn’t stay longer. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Stayed in a room with two other adults, the room was beautiful, the service was fantastic and friendly and the common kitchen area was great! Would 100% recommend this place for a stay!

A great little motel in a convenient location, with a nice swimming pool. The rooms are clean, fresh, nicely upgraded and spacious. The service is also wonderful, I was met with a friendly smile and conversation. A great place to stay for a city getaway right on the beach.

Wah! What a value place to stay. Everything is brand new in the room, never expect anything like this for under $150 a night. I will be back here for the next visit in Mornington. Well done Rosebud Motel. 5 stars. Thank you

I recently stayed at Rosebud motel during my travels and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The owners of the motel were extremely friendly and accommodating, making my stay all the more comfortable.
From the moment I arrived, the owners greeted me with warm smiles and offered their assistance with anything I might need. They even provided me with some helpful tips on places to visit in the surrounding area, which was greatly appreciated.
The room itself was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail in its upkeep was evident. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh and crisp, and the bathroom was immaculate. Overall, it was clear that the owners took great pride in maintaining the cleanliness of their motel, which made for a very pleasant stay.
Aside from the welcoming atmosphere and clean room, the motel was also conveniently located near the beach and a number of restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area without having to travel far.

And just right across the road from the beach too

We had a great stay and tour of the area. The motel is conveniently located near beaches, restaurants and supermarkets, with the bonus of artesian pools nearby. What did Arnie say. I’ll be back!

Best value for money! All the rooms are recently renovated. Very friendly and welcoming owner. Rosebud beach is just across the street.

Booked my mother, niece and nephew to stay down there for the weekend they said it was very nice and the people who ran it were really nice also can't wait to go and stay myself.

Nice place, friendly, good service and good size rooms, the rooms have recently been refurbished and up dated. Walk right across the road straight to the beach less than 2mins. Tea and games room BBQ x2, a pool.
Good off St parking. Only minutes drive to servos and shopping centres.
Would definitely go back.

Clean newly refurbished room, very helpful staff and a simple check in and checkout　process. Great locale and excellent value for the price. Wi-Fi dropped out a little but otherwise couldn't reccommend more. Great place
