Had bad experiences with two dresses. One had blue stains on a bright pink dress, other had floral attachments completely ripped from the dress. I don’t think they’re malicious just very careless and poor attention to detail.

Recommend, very friendly. They text when your clothes are ready. Competitive pricing for cleaning and alterations. I had a jacket relined.
