I sent some old shirts and quilt for dry clean. They turned out like almost brand new and fresh.

John is a legend, trust him with all my hardest stains and my best clothes, he even did my couch cushions when they were totally ruined by my dog and now the couch looks brand new! The pick up service is so convenient as well:)

Was doing spring-cleaning and found my old school blazer and boy scout shirt from 40 years ago all crumpled and looking forlorn. John had them looking brand new and revitalized, wow!

I've used Rose Valet for years now, for both alterations and rug cleaning. I've always been so pleased with the results, the customer service is wonderful, delivery times great and pricing very affordable! Highly recommend.

I just picked up my favourite jacket from here and I am a little bit shocked. It is a patchwork of leather and suede and I’d never had it dry cleaned before. I was worried it might change colour, shrink, etc. Not only did none of those things happen, but it looks even better than when I bought it! I bought it second hand and now it looks brand new.
If you have leather or suede and you want it cleaned amazingly then bring it here.
It will take a while (two weeks for my jacket) but it is worth it.

I also had a few non-leather items done and they came back perfectly as well.

I used them to take up a pair of pants that I bought. When I picked them up, they seem to lost the item (not sure where it was). They said they will call once they check again.no call for couple hrs. I had to call them couple times to get through and arrange to pick up that afternoon. No apologies or anything. I still had to pay the full $22 even I had to initiate the whole process of checking the status and picking them up. Never going to use them again. Not worth your money.

I had my suede jacket cleaned recently. It took a while to get it done, but wow. The result was fantastic and my 10 year old jacket looks as good as new and is also stain guarded. Extremely happy.

Quality of work was great, time frame was a bit long but to be expected I suppose given the speciality Nature of the business.

Friendly staff who are flexible and able to talk to you about what you need and when is the fastest they can have it to you - Such good work.

Highly Recommended. Red wine on a vintage silk designer jacket never been dry cleaned before posed no issue for this dry cleaner! Returned beautifully clean and with a stain on a button which had been ingrained for almost 20 years very close to being completely removed. Highly recommend for specialty garments, thanks soooo much!

Had a Burberry trench coat dry cleaned here. Was charged $86.00 and assumed that was the standard price as it was my first time using a dry cleaner. Just went to a different dry cleaner in the CBD and was charged $25. Would definitely recommend looking around before going to this place, I was flat out ripped off.

As you do, I didn't read the instructions on my new jacket and ruined it when I took it for a regular dryclean. It is black with white trimmings and the fabric (synthetic) is very prone to colour runs hence the need for a specialised dryclean. Enter John from Rose Valet, he not only removed the colour runs, he made it look like new again! I would recommend John for those 'difficult to fix' drycleaning. Rebecca
