Trivia night was so much fun, had a fabulous night. Meals and drinks were great. Definitely recommend heading down for trivia. Lovely table service from Sharon - thank you:)

The food was great and so was the enviroment. The service I received from Nicholas was outstanding and some of the best I've had.

Meals have really picked up.
One very small steak. If the steaks were bigger it would be better value for money.

Qr code ordering with the pandemic as an excuse, I'm getting pretty tired of this trend. Less staff with higher prices.walked in, walked out.

Meals are terrible ordered a burger and had to have it sent back 3 times for them to get it right.
Public bar is always left unattended and your always looking for staff to be served, they close the public bar whenever they feel like it even tho the times on the door say open till 9pm. I've come to this hotel at 3pm and the public bar was closed I had to go find someone to open the bar up, Very poor service wouldn't recommend this hotel.

My mother and I love to go to eat at the Rose Shamrock it's nice to go and have a lovely meal and something to drink

Have had lunches here with my Daughters &Granddaughter's who love to play in the kids play area including my children lol. The Bistro serves a great variety of meals &desert's. They have added a Sports Bar have a Gaming area & comfortable smoking areas for those who smoke. I'm going to check out the Bistro for an evening meal as I'venever been as yet. I believe they have great variety & Meal Deals so will update my review once I'veeaten evening meals to be able to rate it.

Great food great service. Love how we can order through the app and it all get bought to the table. Absolutely wonderful.

Have been going to Shamrock since my brother was little, he is now 13 and we are still going. Food is good, service is great. Thanks to Sharon, she is always there when we go and her kindness and lovely service is always appreciated. Also to Goce for his service, very welcoming and kind service. Props to Lisa I think her name is, she is also welcoming and has a lovely nature to her. Food, desserts and service never disappoints here. Thank you!

Really nice food and great service to match. Shout out to all of the lovely management and staff who took time to help show people how to order through their phones. Tricky times for hospitality venues with Covid and things out of their control but the staff here were all extremely helpful and welcoming in challenging circumstances. We will definitely be back. Thanks all!

Bad service, refused to take cash order. Expected to use app from table and pay by credit card.

Why would the management now ask that l enter a qr code to order meals & drinks from my phone when seated.
I can do this at home.

We had really good time last night. Chef were very helpful with dietary requirement. We will be back again.

Never go back - they need a new chef - $39.00 for a burnt steak when asked for Medium it was like burnt cardbord and my wifes meal didn't come out at the same time even though it was a standard roast meal. Had to asked for it 10 minutes later - a handful of people in there for lunch and the chef obviously could not cope. The people on the next table had to ask for a refund as they waiting over 1 hour for their meal and we waited the same amount of time - Totally not acceptable.

Great staff specially the night people who are on duty. Shaurya and Gajendra are really nice and welcoming to the customers. Great place to hang out.

Nice quiet atmosphere for Saturday lunch. Garlic bread was the best ever had. Chicken schnitzel arrived hot, with chips & salad. Lisa was really friendly, great personality. Will be returning.

A very welcoming, warm vibe when you first walk in! Almost home like. Was offered coffee and greeted so nicely.the venue manager is also very easy going.

My local pizza shop does a much better parma for $10 cheaper.most of the staff were miserable and not friendly. Will not be returning.

Have been coming here on Tuesday for 3 years and have never been treated with such disrespect Jas I have received tonight.will not be returning
