My husband and I have been coming to the shamrock with my sister and her husband for the past 11years! And I’m sorry to say that we would not be staying with you again!

The service is second to none. You feel like you’re at your aunties place for Christmas lunch. Thank you!

As a female I have not had pleasant dealings with the male staff members on multiple occasions and have often been made to feel uncomfortable by security staff and the assistant manager, simply not OK. Won't be returning or recommending.

Amazing place, incredibly delicious food. I literally licked my fingers eating my burger. Will definitely come back

Connor at this restaurant provided impeccable service. His attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and menu knowledge greatly enhanced our dining experience. He went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, making it a memorable visit. Highly recommended for Connor's outstanding service alone, not to mention the delicious food.

We've visited here several times over the past few months and we've always enjoyed it! The food is always a good standard. Tuesday night is very popular for trivia!

Went there for my function Saturday night, food was amazing, shout out to the chefs and service by Celeste and staff was fantastic, thankyou! Everyone had a great time

Decided to head there for dinner after a long day driving. Very disappointing. Bad start with not being able to get the glass of wine we wanted (was there but not one of the three available by the glass)
No table service just a scan and order app via the phone. Lucky one of us had a phone.
Food came out quickly but no cutlery delivered had to go to the bar and ask for it and serviettes.
Steak was OK but I think the veggie burger started life in a birdseye frozen box from the supermarket.
Didn't stay for another drink, complained to the bar person (same person serving food) about the poor customer service his comment was I'll let someone know.
Poor service average food and the qr code on the table to order sucks. No wonder there were only 3 occupied tables

The food has been quite poor over the last few weeks. The menu is repetitive. The trivia is great.

Sharon and Lisa were outstanding! Fantastic service ladies. Very friendly and helpful. Will be back!

We are locals who have been keen to support this venue post covid. As a Coeliac my dietary requirements leave me with a limited but ok number of options & the steaks have never failed to impress while the vegetables have been up & down.unfortunately more often down. So if it wasn't for the friendly customer service of this venue, particularly Goce & Sharon we may have stopped our patronage. But tonight we attended with our 2 grandchildren & for the first time in perhaps 2 years it was an all round exceptional dining experience with special thanks to fresh streamed veggies.
We hope this venue will now keep up this standard and perhaps introduce a little more variety to the menu.

The Rose Shamrock was a pleasant surprise! I am so glad that we stopped by to have dinner, we had to also enjoy dessert! The Shamrock Parma was great and the sticky date was nomnomnom… I’m excited to see that they have trivia on Tuesdays! We will be back!

Tried the King Parma today and it was amazing. Great service from the ladies. And $7 Furphy Pints are a bonus. Easy to order using the QR code on the table and link in my Monty's membership. Well done team.

Tuesday night is a wonderful experience with free trivia and great prizes. The food is great and the staff make you feel most welcome. I have been a regular here for 6 years and always look forward to Tuesday evening.

Brought my family in for dinner and what a beautiful welcome we received from the lovely staff members, ordered our food and when it arrived it was stunning to look at but even better when it entered my belly plus the food was on time and delicious once again. Big thanks to the Staff and Shaz definitely see you next time.

The staff at the Rose Shamrock are always amazing and accomodating! The menu is great value with a variety of options. Overall excellent local venue!
