Rosco's @ Chevron reviews
64 Our go-to restaurant for pizza in Melbourne.
Always consistently fantastic, the pizza, the service, the quality, the taste, the freshness!
#1 numero uno!
Our favourite is BBQ Chicken & The Lot.
We have eaten here many times during an extended stay in Melbourne. The food has always been excellent with good variety and many gluten free options. We have really appreciated the kind service we have received and that they have recognized us each time and even remembered our favourite table! Would highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion.
In Melb staying at the Mantra on St Kilda Rd for one night and ordered a Chicken Risotto and a small Chorizo pizza, I must say its one of best pizza's and risotto I have eaten in a long time. I travel a lot interstate and overseas, so Roscos.well done.
Tried the pizza as a takeaway and it was good.had a couple of meals in.it was ok.not a big fan of salad dressing which is very in vogue atm.the staff were very kind and want you to have your best dining experience.might try the pasta.perhaps their forte is pizza and pasta.the strudel was great.it's worth giving this place a go.only in Melbourne for one more night and staying in the area so perhaps some pasta tomorrow
Love this restaurant. Nice, relaxed atmosphere with delicious food. I love their pasta and my partner loves their pizza. I've also been ordering takeaway from them for years (even before uber eats came along) and highly recommend their arancini balls and calamari. Good takeaway coffee too.
Best pizza and pasta in town! Nice place with friendly staff and reasonable price. Highly recommend Aussie and Red Devil pizza.
Fantastic and friendly service every single time. The quality and size of the meals are superb. Love this place! I race home to make the happy hour
Ordered a pizza from this place and they cancelled the order. What's that say about them? Will never order again from them
We ordered over 20 pizzas for our office which turned up on time, piping hot and delicious. The whole office raved about the quality. We had a slight mix up with one pizza but the professionalism and care to rectify the mistake was above and beyond so still 5 stars in my book. Thanks for being awesome in such a crazy time.
Delicious Pizza! I am vegan and gluten free and this is the best pizza Ive had before!
I had a worry about my order not being gluten free and the boss personally delivered me another just to ease my worries. I will definitely order from here again for the great service, not just the amazing pizza.
We went in for some hot chocolates. Nice little place with a pleasant ambience and great staff. The sticky date pudding was delicious.
We ordered chicken risotto and gnocchis off Uber eats. I must say the food is amazing! Portion, quality and taste all
Best pizza I've had on my life, cooked to perfection, the toppings don't fall off and the pizza doesn't fall apart, fast service and friendly staff to top it all off! Thankyou I'll definitely be back!
Good place for friends to hang out. I ordered barbecue pizza and i loved it. The amount of meat mixed with pineapple was quite good
The service was good. The food portions were big. Food delivery timing was perfect - not rushed but not slow. Atmosphere was good. Will certainly return.
The service was very good the food fantastic and we were able to bring our puppy whom they had a bowl of water for
Over priced food and quality just not there.
I have ordered pizza here and it was extremely doughy and burnt on the top not very tasty at all and at $20 dollars a pizza I expect a lot more.
Also ordered pasta a few times here hoping it would be better each time but it’s hard to get a good pasta when the pasta is pre cooked and re heated to be over cooked and soggy, also priced at $20 dollars quality just not there. At best I would compare it to a pizza shop takeaway pasta but just an overpriced one.
At my table someone ordered the calamari which was also disappointing as for $22 dollars it a large bowl of lettuce to make it look a lot but as for the calamari there was 4.5 pieces.
This was a main so we thought for the price they charge I would expect to get 6 to 8 pieces of calamari especially when the market price of calamari to buy is around $5 a kg.
Service as a whole is ok when they take your order but soon as this is done they never return to the table again so several times we had to get up to order drinks etc.
I feel they are very money oriented as the menu prices are very steep for cafe pub deep fried food.
The main are priced around $35 to $40 odd dollars now if you do your homework locally there are several fine dining restaurants that are great and are same price or cheaper for home made proper food not frozen so I think that’s self explanatory.
There is a great restaurant across the road called bakini it’s Italian fine dining and is wonderful and the same price with everything homemade so give it a try or just look into local places before trying roscos cafe as if you don’t you will be disappointed and broke.
Excellent customer service, great food, good prices and cheap happy hour drinks. What more can you ask for?
Absolutely lovely food with an extensive menu and lots to choose from. Lovely workers that are all extremely friendly. I ordered a pasta and it was very quick service and quick to come out. Overall I will definitely have to come back here for dinner again.
