Rosco's @ Chevron reviews
64Decent place, used to deliver to the one down the road that's since closed too they were nice people
Nice food with great service and amazing location. Sort of looks like a takeway pizza place, but it's so much more.
Very Aussie-Italian but great food. The pasta is delicious and portion sizes are generous. Pizzas are good with generous toppings. The Barefoot Investor pizza is great - the ingredients were very fresh.
We stayed close to Roscos during the F1 in an Air Bnb.
We actually ate here all 4 nights of our stay. It was convenient to where we were staying but also the food and service here is amazing!
The meal sizes are so generous and filling, all melas we had were delicious and the menu is so diverse which is why we ate here for the 4 nights.
Thanks again to all the staff this place is a real little gem and we will be back!
Fantastic, lovely staff. A great mix of nationalities:)
All professional!
Food was absolutely wonderful
Tasty variety of food and good prices. We shared the gnocchi, fettacine and souvlaki. All fresh and great flavours. Just made happy hour for yummy cocktails too.
Amazing food and amazing hospitality. We regularly go there to dine just so that we can be greeted by their sweetest Polish waiter. Good portions, great coffee. Must try
Good food and service at a reasonable price with relaxed atmosphere.
Have deducted half a star because they no longer serve the VEAL parmigiana, which was the best around.
I like coming here because it's not far from where i live. Apart from the convenience, I like that the food here is delicious and there are very consistent with the taste. If you crave for some good old Italian food that is not over price, don't compromise with price over quality or pretentious, this is the place to go.
Rosco’s offers a comprehensive and reasonably priced menu, consistently tasty food and friendly service. It's been my preferred local eatery for several years. It’s not the venue for a romantic dinner but it’s perfect for a group who might possibly also dining al-fresco.
The service was great, from start to finish, the store was clean and tidy however the food was pretty average, from the garlic bread not having much butter, oil or garlic present, to the chicken parmigiana not really having much flavour with the sauce and the chicken being overcooked in parts and still pink in others it was almost like the chicken was frozen before cooking it.other food was so so but not that good.some small tweaks with the food and you guys could have an excellent place.ill check back in a few months.until then.
Had a meal there on Sunday gone by nice place to chill, had good vegetarian and Margherita pizzas and chips were good as well
From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, the service was outstanding. Our seats were in a very nice corner, and all the staff treated us like royalty. We would like to especially give a thanks to Evie, who was extra polite and went above and beyond.
As for the food, it was equally as good as the service and my whole family enjoyed their plates.
We will be back soon!
Amazing food, friendly staff and a nice place to sit and eat your food. Would highly, highly recommend!
There is no other restaurant I feel more welcome and the food and wide selection is unreal. I have never once had a bad meal and I am quite the regular!
Fast friendly service, great food at reasonable prices and such a wide selection to choose from. Thank you
Decent Italian food, pricing isn't outrageous. Place was quite busy. Amusingly our chips had the plastic cap from the sauce left in
Always good pizza at Rosco's. I loved food, food, service and ambience at the original site near Royce hotel, but @chevron is equally as good (but not sure if still owned by the same family)
Rosco’s is my favourite local St Kilda Rd restaurant, wonderful cuisine & prompt friendly service. I am impressed with their Mexican Style Pizzas & Prawn Pasta, all freshly cooked, not reheated. They have afternoon cheap drinks from 3pm. I enjoy sitting outside on a sunny day. Thoroughly recommend to locals & Melbourne visitors.
An average mainstream restaurant really. The pizza here is really an insult to the concept of pizza, it would probably give Italians a heart attack. The other food is good but nothing to write home about - it's just normal. The bar is pretty weak - no tap beers or decent bottled beers of any sort. I guess most people go here because there is not much choice around this area and people are too lazy to walk to Chapel St
