Rosa Mexicano Watergardens reviews
46The portions were generous for the price point, the Horchata is well done. Flavours are nice. If any suggestions, I've seen no indication of additional heat sources like hot sauce, that would be my only suggestion
We really loved going for dinner here, cool atmosphere, good location within the centre, staff were really friendly, food was delicious, cocktails were amazing and it was very child friendly restaurant. It was our first time here and we had such a great experience we will definitely be going back again.
(btw - the Nutella tacos were delicious so save room for them for dessert)
Didn't get to experience the food. Put in a phone order for take away and arrived at the restaurant 25 minutes later to be informed they had not started the order Decided it wasn't worth waiting and went somewhere else. I could have been informed over the phone of the long wait. The food sounds good but I'm not going to try again in a hurry.
I don't usually review any business but this one I have to. If you have over 45 minutes to waste, wait and not get served it is the place to be, Waste of time.
I had been wanting to try this place since it was first advertised that it was opening up in watergardens as I was getting excited about potentially having a great local Mexican restaurant. Unfortunately I was severely disappointed.
The restaurant was only about a third full when we were seated, if that. We ordered two Californian burritos and a side of chips, so not an overly complicated order. It took just over half an hour for our chips to arrive and another 10 minutes for the burritos to arrive. It was nowhere busy enough to have had to wait 40 minutes for our food. While the chips were good, and all meals came out hot, the burritos were incredibly bland. I’ve had better tasting burritos at GYG. Safe to say I won’t be going back.
