Service was great, food tasted decent. It's quite apparent food is being pre-prepared and reheated in the oven when ordered. Would rather go to Guzman y Gomez and pay less for better food

Giving you one star for charging me a drink I didn’t recieve, and after the fact you acknowledged you mistake.

Definitely worth checking out for anyone with an appetite for Mexican/Australian fusion.

So nice to have a well themed & upscale atmosphered restaurant open up in the west, serving something different than the usual parma’s & HSP’s.

The price is a little highly compared to other places on the strip, but you’ll be pleasantly surprised by a cuisine offering you usually won’t find outside of inner city suburbs in terms of quality.

Wait time for food was insane. Starter (corn chips and dips) came out after main. We were over charged. Terrible service and terrible food, so disappointed we were looking forward to having proper Mexican available…

Been here twice for dinner and the service is great and the food is quite good. Cocktails are little overpriced for the amount you get. Otherwise, a good place to eat. Will recommend!

We had taco and bowl of salad the foods was bland no seasoning the tacos lacking of flavor cheese were try tacos hard to chew also the salad lack of dressing taste like water no salt and pepper, we are going back their anymore not worth of money.and it cost us about $40 dollar,

Food is delicious! Service is very quick & such a big range of drinks/cocktails! Cant go wrong with Rosa Mexicano.

Ordered via Ubereats. Paid for fries, was not in the bag. Asked for no beans in the burrito which was on the receipt- still had beans in it.

Disappointed as the food is usually good but frustrated that our meal was not packed correctly and we paid for items not included.

Food and cocktails are nice but staff did not even look or serve outside tables. They said coming to table for order but i had to come to the counter twice to place order and ask about the food because waited for 30mins and food still had not served yet. Bad experience

The food is quite expensive for the quality and taste. Probably the worst salsa corn chips and fajita I’ve had.

Eat at your own risk, I was ironically food poisoned after a disagreement with the restaurant manager about seating arrangements for my big family. I was made to feel unwelcome and received weird looks from some staff while dining, something didn't feel right. I have been extremely unwell in my bathroom all night, and we will never ever eat here again, I will be spreading this experience to all local family and friends, wish I could leave 0 stars

Went here on a Thursday night. Was quite busy. Just the two of us and we were seated quickly. But our order wasnt taken for a legitimate 20 minutes. It wasnt the waitresses fault. It seemed she was the only one on the floor.

We knew we were in for a wait once our order was taken. Took 40 minutes for our food to come out. Again, they were busy.

Food was good. Feel it was a little better because we were very hungry at that point. Little overpriced but good overall.

Had a horrible lunch experience at Rosa Mexican.
Would advise others to go to a different restaurant in the area.
The staff were extremely unhelpful and when advised of the issues absolutely did not care.
Firstly had to get a severs attention to order after sitting for well over 10mins. 20mins after ordering we’re advised that one of the items was now not available. We changed our order to a more expensive item.
Our orders were then misplaced. After waiting another 40 minutes and seeing others getting food I approached a server to ask for an update on our food. I had to walk into the bar to ask as no server came near the table or even looked in our direction.
I asked for An update and was told they would let us know. After nearly 5 minutes we had still not been given an update, so I went back in. I was told it was coming shortly,
After another 5 minutes the food was brought out. It was clearly sitting under the hot lamp waiting for one dish and was nearly inedible.
The tacos were complex soggy and cold on the bottom and dry and hot on top. The cheese and sour cream on the nachos had congealed and chips were brittle.

No server asked how the food was. When I paid I advised the bartender of the issues and the waits and bad service, he didn’t care or even offer an apology. After paying I left and reviewed the receipt (luckily) to notice we were charged for the extra main meal that we were told was not available.
I went back in and struggled to get that money refunded.
Over 1.5 hours and nearly $100 for a lunch for 2 adults and a child with no alcohol for the service and food received was deplorable. I would’ve happily spoken with a manager or supervisor and resolved the issues at the time but the servers were inattentive and uninterested with no apparent care for quality or service.

Most unauthentic Mexican food I’ve ever had. Tasted like Indian rice and tomato pasta sauce. My California burrito didn’t even have the correct ingredients and the enchiladas tasted like tomato soup with cream.

Great value Mexican, highly recommended. Nachos great, Paella was amazing and lots of variety. Friendly staff with good atmosphere!

This place is really bad. The staff have no idea about any items on the menu. I'd ordered nachos that came out with cheese and beans.no salsa? ! When I asked the waiter "umm isn't there meant to be salsa on this" he said he didn't know. I told him there should be and to please get me some. At the end of the night on the bill they had charged $9 for the salsa that should have been on there! Kitchen closed, bar closed and they didn't come prior to ask for our order even though we asked for menus for dessert. Really terrible experience, even the cocktails couldn't save this mess

Food always tastes better with Family - Through culinary arts we shall experience the true essence of ones culture. A showcase in the festive atmosphere this restaurant brings Mexican culture and heritage together. Slow in their food service, will admit tad pricey but immediately overruled by the delicious and flavourful dishes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1st time we ate in house food ok but the fly in my food was no good when we mentioned this we got a so sorry (not genuine) they did not charge for that meal. We decided to give them another go and ordered food for pick up. We ordered and specifically asked for NO ONION/TOMATOES instead asked for more rice. On arrival my partner once more asked if our order had these and were told no onion or tomatoe. Food arrived home and guess what onion and tomatoes in both meals. I called spoke to manager got a so sorry again (once again words only) asked manager to deliver a new order without onion/tomatoes to be told we come to work with public transport and we don't deliver I suggested Uber only to be shot down and i wasn't going to take it back so I ended up throwing that meal out (allergy reasons to onion) will not be returning as they do not value our patronage. Look elsewhere

Good vibe and decor. Disappointing food, better off going to Mexican chain like GYG. Didn’t try cocktails, they might be good.

Burrito: our burrito was meant to have sour cream in it. Couldn’t taste any, asked for some on side and got charged $3 extra. To top it, sour cream on side was watered down, no wonder couldn’t taste any in burrito. Didn’t taste good

Fish taco: $9 for soggy piece of deep fried fish instead of crunchy bite I was expecting.

Tasty food but expensive. The portion feels like has been cut down a bit. Which is not much of an issue, however one staff needs a bit of training there. Asked for desert menu and had to wait for 20 minutes. (went on a quiet day) would think a pricy place will have better service I guess not.
