Great assistance and communication progressing from an initial enquiry, to quote, then final booking. We had the guys from No Gap Insulation come and vacuum the old blow in insulation out and install new SCG R6.0 green ceiling batts in our home in Inverleigh. The guys did a fantastic job looking at the pics after vacuum of old insulation you could have eaten your lunch of the ceiling it was that clean. Also pics of new batts packed in tightly and very neatly done we highly recommend No Gap we couldn't be any happier with the professional job they did. Thanks so much guys great job.

I'm a complete 'numpty' when it comes to home renovations, but I knew the cheap chaotic insulation in my ceiling, needed replacing.

I will never recommend this place to anyone, the owner is very abusive, the staff are ignorant & absolutely very lazy towards the truck driver who delivers their plasterboard, I would not recommend them to anyone

Great experience and would highly recommend! Had old insulation removed in ~100+ year-old house (half batts/blow-in), sanitized and installed new R6.0 earthwool (Melbourne climate). Team were prompt, fast and worked super-hard to pack the new insulation in tight! They even showed me 'before', 'clean' and 'after' photos of their work. Super happy with the result and service.

I recently contacted No Gap Insulation to remove and replace the blown-in insulation that was installed by the builder ~10 years ago. It was poorly distributed and always messy.
I spoke with James, who arranged the quote and install dates and time. He was also fantastically responsive to any queries and kept me up to date via SMS at all times.
The guys who turned up were very polite, professional and efficient removing the old insulation and replacing it with insulation batts (R6.0).
I'm pretty hard to please when it comes to workmanship, and they exceeded my expectations.
