25Their front window rolls are infested with flies. Stuck between the panes of glass, flies crawl over their titular rolls. I instead ordered a rice bowl, and they gave me the wrong meal entirely. Went back to refund, they hesitated and said I got what I ordered but then admitted it was just put through wrong. I asked for the refund to go back onto the card I paid but they said that card refunds can’t be done and I had to have cash. Of course the company that is okay with their food being the habitat for the local Manningham flies think that cash is commonplace. Used the cash refund to walk across from them and order sushi from Sushi Sushi. 5 stars for Sushi Sushi. Delicious and bug free.
Ridiculously slow! 1/2 an hour for 1 Bahn Mi, by then I had to go back to work. Won’t be going back.
This new shop has a good quality food, but they still need to sort out the service.
I made an online order, money was charged and confirmation email was received. A few minutes later, I received a second email saying the order was rejected because they were closed. I still went down to see what was going on and found that they were open. I explained to the manager what happened. He kindly apologised for the inconvenience and fixed the problem. I walked away happily with my order, plus a few free rolls. We all liked the food.
The kids and I loved the BBQ Chicken Banh Mi, my wife liked her Low Carb Tufu Rice Paper Roll.
We will order from here again and we surely recommend it. I'm sure they'll sort out the service issues soon as they gain more experience. It's not easy to find well trained staff during a pandemic.
Worst experience I ever had.
Wait half an hour to get a freezing cold bun. Please train staffs before opening.
Got a BBQ chicken bún instead of the crispy chicken ribs ordered. Asked for sauce to be put aside, got home & discovered NO sauce. Ended up with 2 serves of dry bún. No a very good first impression. This is new store so I m giving it a benefit of doubt that maybe the staffs are still new. Hopefully, the service will pick up in the future.
