The rolls are really fantastic - a deal.on 3 of them and some sides wd be ace - the seafood spring rolls are amazing WHEN they cook them right but not good when soggy

Unfriendly staff. Wish I got her name, I hope she doesn’t talk to everyone in such impolite manner.

Hi it’s really annoying that buying this chicken ribs with rice meal comes with small size of ribs I don’t know how you guys going to justify this, I always buy this meal in other shopping centres but there meal per potion is way much better then Doncaster.

The pho has hardly any flavour. Almost was like hot water with two pieces of chicken in it. Save your money

The service was so slow, the staff were eating. Then finally got my order and it was wrong! They need to be faster. People were getting so annoyed!

Ordered mushroom and tofu pho. Was about to start eating when I noticed *mould* on a mushroom. Took it back and stood around being ignored for ages until I was finally asked what the problem was. Explained the problem and tried to ask for a refund but the language/customer service barrier kinda steamrolled over me and just started making another pho. Needless to say I didn’t eat it because…. Mould.

I'm went to this restaurant on 17/01/2023 my order is noodle curry chicken. The food was rather appalling. The noodle soup merely consisted of just plain hot water; poured from what looks like to be a coffee cup into a empty bowl with soggy noodles. I have never seen this before in any other Vietnamese restaurant/takeaway. To top it off - the wait time was almost as disappointing. We waited around 20 minutes, expecting a properly cooked meal but instead we got a worst version of instant ramen that we paid $14 dollars for.

Did not what so ever meet expectation.

As a very frequent customer to Rolld (usually Camberwell) I feel I should inform of the terrible experience /service/ quality at the Doncaster shopping centre outlet. I ordered roast pork and crackling baguettes for my family and I. There was no crackling, not much pork, no mayo and the baguettes were stale. The staff didn't inform in regards to what was lacking, but instead decided to serve an inadequate meal with no sign of an apology, only a shrug. Avoid at all cost.

Waited to order at the front, one guy had his back to me and just casually leaning against the counter just having a chat with his co-workers, not a care in the world.

Absolutely disgusting experience here.i ordered a VEGAN lemongrass and chilli banh mi and halfway through realised something was off.they had put CHICKEN LIVER PÂTÉ in it.when we confronted the workers about it, they confirmed it was pate and didn’t even apologise once or seem the least bit sorry.so so disappointed & upset with this experience

Fresh Rice paper rolls great combinations and healthy options for those that don't eat meat or don't want noodles. I had the Barramundi OMG! Also go to the Hawthorn store filling and fresh

Catering system failed and staff failed to think how they could rectify issue well. Failed to get call as promised in catering acceptance email. Failed to get call backs to two calls to confirm. Disappointed!

Probably the worst Roll’d I’ve ever been to. Some of the staff definitely need some more training. The place feels disorganised.

We purchased some roast pork and crackling banh mis at Roll'd Doncaster and were unfortunately very disappointed in our meal. The bread had a stale taste to it, the roast pork was tough and dry, and there was little to no crackling at all.

We used a deal on DoorDash that allowed us to purchase two banh mis for $12. However, I would say that the food is not worth it, even at $6 per banh mi as it left us feeling incredibly unsatisfied. At their regular price of $12 per banh mi, it would be an absolute no-go and I would not recommend it at all. I would honestly purchase from family bakeries as they are cheaper and much tastier.

Everything I go here I wait 10 minutes for my dumplings. I'm literally standing here watching my steamed bao get moist and cold in a paper bag because they didn't call my name and are waiting for the dumpling which will take another 7 minutes to be complete. Why not just give me my bao and then my dumplings? Idk.

Probably the worst banh mi I’ve ever had. Ordered the roast pork and crackling and while the pork was fine, the crackling was just sad - puffed up and zero crunch. Carrots weren’t even pickled and the bread roll was cold and hard. Won’t be eating another banh mi but perhaps their other items might be better…hopefully!

Terrible customer service couldn’t hear the girl serving she was miserable and when I said I couldn’t hear her she yelled at the top of her voice that I jumped with fright. When I complained to the manager she mimiced me and did rude hand actions behind my back as I walked off.don’t go there your paying for noodles with one price of protein and bad service not giving them my money

We ordered the rice paper rolls duck, chicken and soft shell crab very disappointing, it was 90% rice and vegetables and 10% meat/shellfish
Will not be eating there again and would not recommend

Clearly they have alot of new staff, which is fine we all understand a learn curve, but when not a single person working seems to have any experience or knowledge that's when you have issues. Staff constantly walking around with blank expressions not sure what to do, and going back and forth in the store as they are constantly forgetting things or getting the wrong items to customers. The third time I've been here in the last 2months, each time giving them the benefit of the doubt, but it's become ridiculous. Every order I've had has been done incorrectly, and seems customers that have been waiting in line with me have had the same experience.
We might even be able to let this go if the food was good, but every time the quality is decreasing. For example from my most recent visit, I ordered the crispy chicken ribs as a side, the staff taking the order didn't understand what I wanted, then I saw the staff member making the order who had to constantly ask what to do, and what I got delivered was chicken ribs that seems to have drastically decreased in size with each rib being smaller than my thumb, and nothing like advertising (pics attached for comparison)! I had also asked for a rice paper rolls and was so sad when opening the box to see 2/3 rolls were already broken with a negligible amout of meat and old coriander!

Stopped and bought some rice paper rolls for lunch and they were super fresh and very tasty. The BBQ chicken and Roast Duck are my favourite, would highly recommend.
