34 Boo. Don't.
Spent $14 on a chicken curry noodle soup bowl. When I was given the bowl, I was surprised to feel it fridge-cold underneath as I thought it was a hot meal. Turns out they poured hot soup on top, which combined with the cold ingredients at the bottom to form a lukewarm slop. And although it looked delicious, it contained just two small nuggets of chicken. The rest was mainly noodles and mildly-flavoured water. Disappointing.
This is my go-to for my lunch when i feel like Vietnamese food. Fresh food and tasty. Staff are also very nice. Busy place, but it's worth it.
The amount of time it takes for your staff to take an order is ridiculous. I think this store needs to be reorganised in terms of staff efficiencies.
Ordered BBQ Chicken Bao and Ban Mi. Bao tastes good and ban mi was not that great. Chicken should be cooked properly. I didn't get the feeling that it was tender and delicious.
I ordered delivery and the rice paper rolls arrived FROZEN. There were ice crystals in the vermicelli filling. They were so hard and cold that they were inedible - they are supposed to be fresh, not frozen!
What left a worse taste in my mouth was the service from the shop. I called them about the issue and the staff was so rude - asked me what I expected them to do about it and even blamed the weather. Somehow a cold day in Melbourne is responsible for freezing their food? Then she blamed the fridge - if you have a defective fridge, you shouldn't be selling food.
Never again.
I ordered a crispy crackling pork Bahn mi. The crackling was inedible, it was so tough that I struggled to even take a small bite and I’m also pretty sure I chipped a tooth while trying to eat it. Also ordered extra chilli and coriander, the Bahn mi came with neither.
I would NEVER order the Bahn mi from here again. I’ll stick to the rice paper rolls as they are somewhat edible.
I order a Rice bowl $13.50 for rice with 3 very small pierces of chicken and I tiny amount of salad. Very very poor value and quality.
The roast pork and crackling noodles were terrible. It’s not genuine crackling pork as you usually get with Vietnamese meals but rather a few flavorless cubes of pork with a bunch of pork rind chips (like you’d get out of a packet at a service station) which I could barely chew. It takes forever to order too

I had the prawn salad on Tuesday this week and have been violently sick since. Food poisoning at its best. Still can’t manage to eat much! You need to check your stock!
Hands down the worst banh mis I've had in all of Australia (and as a Vietnamese person who has had a lot of banh mi, and being open minded about banh mis adapted for Australia), these were just awful. It's almost like Roll'd is on a mission to convince people that banh mi is bad.
Possibly an unpopular opinion, but great tasting pho, properly hot and a pretty good tofu banh mi. Rolls could be crunchier and lighter, tofu would be much better served hot and meat could be slightly finer, but overall a good 4 stars from me as the tastes are all there and the quality was pretty high.
The rice paper rolls were horrible. I ordered chicken and pork. Filled with mainly the white noodles and so dry. Add more meat please. The sauce was out of pkts and hard to open. Had to go to the dumplings place next door to order lunch again.
It’s not the first time I ordered a cup of pho, there s only noodles and soup, no bean sprout no dressing, bit disappointed.
Lost my order. Don't know how its possible but three of the same type of roll that were ready-made and sitting in the window, and was left waiting.
It was chaotic and completely disorganised.
The rolls were fine, but wasn't worth the trouble.
Ordered some takeaway salads and wasn't given the dressing for either so food was dry and not tasty at all.
Best roll'd I've been to! The first store where they made soldiers for me fresh, because the ones from the display were sold out! And it was just before closing. Thank you! So delicious.
Friendly service too.
Have been dealing with rolld for 3 years had no problem with the previous manage went there today to order 2 catering boxes and from the minute I asked you could see they had no interest in doing it. I spoke with both the manager and the area manager and neither had a good attitude they even started speaking between each other another language. Admittedly they offered to do half the order but only after they saw that I wasn't happy
Wasn't all that impressed.
Used a Ritual App to order a couple Bao, chicken and pork.
I arrived just as the app had suggested that the order was finished and ready for pick up. No one call out my name, no one served me, it took another 5 mins for someone to acknowledge me. Finally when they did serve me, the food was sitting there waiting.
The food itself was a bit average. The buns tasted a little old and the filling wasn't amazing. Not sure I'll return. A lot of other Vietnamese restaurants, cheaper and better quality.
Poor value
Banh Mi's are not worth it from here, expensive and lack filling compare to competitors.
Rice paper rolls are good, however buying more than two, you may as well buy a full sized lunch.
