Boutellier Montres really surpassed my expectations not only in the depth of knowledge of the that watch but the brand itself.

I had the pleasure of visiting Boutellier Montres, which was originally Rolex headquarters many years ago on Collins street Melbourne recently,
I was so impressed with the building and layout absolutely beautiful they have a large range of models on display, the store has a wonderful feeling about it especially for people like me that have a strong passion for the brand,
I was welcomed to the store by Anna,
I found Anna to be warm polite and had a tone of knowledge about the brand and the building and l also found Anna to share a genuine love and passion for the brand Rolex as l do,
Another staff member who introduced himself to me was Antonio who was a pleasure to meet and was equally as nice as Anna,

As a watch enthusiast, I’ve had a bit to do with Boutiques but my experience at Boutellier Montres was second to none. The staff were welcoming, professional, and accommodating – particularly Anna who showed me through some lovely watches they had in stock and shared some history of the brand and the boutique. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a Rolex and am looking forward to dealing with them in the future.

My son and I had a reservation to see Conny at Boutellier Montres Rolex store on Saturday morning. We spent almost two hours discussing our passion for watches and then going through the Rolex range. It was such a good discussion and Conny was simply outstanding in customer service and her passion for the Rolex brand. She knew everything about the history behind each of the ranges and she was genuinely interested in our love for watches. I am particularly impressed that this a Rolex dedicated business and that it allows for a fair wait list. It is unlike some other Rolex ADs in Melbourne that are largely disinterested in you unless you purchase other watches. I would highly recommend this store to anyone with a genuine interest in Rolex.

This was my first time entering a rolex store and i was left beyond speechless. Leon is who i had a booking with, his patience, mannerisms and service was nothing but class. He explained to me the difference between faces, dials, bracelets and different style in watches. I was very surprised with his knowledge and left me very knowledgeable. Had a second consultation appointment with Antonello to discuss a commemorative time-piece to celebrate a significant milestone in life. He has gone above and beyond to make sure the experience was exquisite and to assist in selecting that "grail" time-piece. Great exhibition! Our sales rep (Conny) was so amazing! She explained the history of Rolex and suggested pieces for us to try! Conny was very to connect with and we shared a few laughs while organising our expression of interests. The other sales associates were just as courteous and engaging - great to see that customer service is at the forefront!

My father had a 36mm Date just when I was young. So I inevitably want to get an Date Just as my 36th birthday gift to celebrate some achievement I had accomplished this year. Try many Rolex AD to be on EOI LIST, had really bad experience. Feel very disappointed about it because their being rude and prejudice about clients. But I believe the Rolex get good watches and its boutique should be different. So decided to have a visit. I spent almost one hours discussing our passion for watches and then going through the Rolex range. It was such a good discussion with Chella. She was simply outstanding in customer service and her passion for the Rolex brand. She knew everything about the history behind each of the ranges and she was genuinely interested in our love for watches. What I have been impressed is what she said that boutellier montres here is help the genius Rolex lover to have their watches rather than sale millions of watch to only person. It is unlike some other Rolex ADs in Melbourne that are largely disinterested in you unless you purchase other watches and goods. Weeks ago, my wife and I dropped by without an appointment, but were turned away. Subsequently, I made sure that I booked a consult, and I was impressed by how well they communicated via email to ensure that I had the appointment on my calendar. After going through our nearly one-hour consult today, I now know why they turn people away, because they attend very well to clients who had prior bookings. This is great service! Sure there are a lot of folks enquiring about these time pieces. My recommendation, just make a booking.

The boutique is beautifully furnished and the displays are laid out nicely and logically. During our consult, Fabio was extremely helpful, patient and professional. We were able to comfortably explore the different references that were of interest to both of us. Looking forward to start our journey building our collection with you, i.e, my wife's second and my first.
