I had the pleasure of visiting the boutique yesterday and was greeted by Anna. We talked about the history and technicals of the brand as well as particular models.
Even though nothing was available for sale and I’ve only put in an expression of interest, I still had a great time. This is the best customer service I’ve ever received, not just in timepieces but in anything really.

The boutique happens to be well placed in the Melbourne CBD very close to my work office. The premises themselves are spotless and very well laid out. There are many display cabinets with watches that make it easy to view and see the watches on offer. The team at Boutellier Montes themselves are just amazing. From the moment you walk into the premises, the team exude a great level of courtesy and professionalism that make you feel at ease and comfortable. Individual desks are setup that allow you to sit down and view the watches that interest you. I bought a Lady Date Just size 28 for my wife. The watch itself was simply stunning. I will definitely be back to get a watch for myself. Anyone who is in the market for a Rolex should definitely give Boutellier Montres a visit. I highly recommend them.

I have to say, I've been to many Rolex ADs, and never had such an amazing customer experience like what I had at this boutique.they were so courteous and accommodating.they're an AD for true watch purists. They sourced me a watch that I've been after for some time - the process was so seamless.its so refreshing to go to a Rolex AD and be treated with respect and genuine care for your wish-list. I dealt with Shayla (hope I spelt that right) - she was actually amazing.cant recommend enough

From the moment we entered the store in January of 2022, the service we have received from every salesperson has been beyond exemplary. We ended up buying a piece in December of 2022 and both Antonello and Chella went above and beyond in securing us the exact piece we were after in a market where the watch had become increasingly difficult to come across. We will definitely be coming back here and purchasing more pieces.

I always thought visiting a Rolex AD was too intimidating and I had put it off for a while. Needless to say, this was completely not the case with Boutellier Montres. From the initial phone conversation with Conny to Fabio who looked after us in the boutique, the experience was warm and friendly. Thank you for taking the time to show us a number of the time pieces and allowing us to bring our 10wk old baby with us. Look forward to visiting again soon.

Dropped by the Rolex Boutique through appointment. Was greeted with a warm welcome by Conny. Conny was one of the best Sales Assistant I have ever met, she helped with my enquiries regarding a Rolex Air King and given a throughout explanation regarding the models history as well as it’s mechanism. I was also offered to try on the watches which made me want the watch more after trying on. Overall had a wonderful time at the boutique as I felt just at home allowing me to geek out over certain watch models and just observing the amount of detail that goes into each watch

Is it me or is it unprofessional and rude to refuse a walk-in customer 10 mins before your posted closing business hours? Part of operating a business is operating during posted operating hours, if you can't even do that then you are misleading your customers. I got turned away feeling very disappointed and being treated unfairly especially after rushing through heavy traffic to try and get to your store in time.
