I had such a wonderful experience at Rokk Ebony last week, from receiving such a warm welcome
on arrival from Emily, to the meticulous care given by my stylist, Elizabeth, to the delicious wine and cheese served throughout my visit.
The new space is so bright and airy with a friendly vibe, I felt like I was spending an afternoon with girlfriends.

I would give 10 stars if I could! I went to Rokk Ebony South Melbourne after doing a lot of research. A different salon had cut my hair to my ears and after 5 months I had just finished growing it to my shoulders again. I came to Rokk Ebony with a shaggy, unmaintained bob that was not okay!

My hair stylist was Skot and he sat with me to address my concerns and listen to me describe the vision for my hair. (Keep similar length, take some weight out, no short/stacked layers).

Around one delightful hour later, I could not believe what was on my head! Skot had transformed my mop into a work of art - my hair was lighter, the layers were discreet and beautiful, and THE LENGTH WAS PERFECT! ️

I walked all the way home with a beaming smile on my face because I now feel confident and beautiful with my new hair.

I went and visited the salon today and had Brooke perform an absolute miracle. I felt wonderfully looked after and genuinely feel like it's the best cut and colour I've had. A huge thank you to the team.

Fantastic salon with great staff. I noticed that the staff takes time for the hairdressing consultation to try to ensure they understand the client's desired outcome. This is super important and sometimes skipped over in other salons.

Money well spent very attentive for a mens cut, with a glass of red wine and an amazing wash by Tayla, I would recommend Rokk Ebony to my friends and family any day.

Spent the day at RE Sth Melb having a full colour change (red to platinum blonde). Lovely, attentive service from the whole team; especially my personal dream team of Scott and Patrick!

I had my hair coloured today by the very talented Patrick. I’m so happy with the result; it was exactly what I envisioned. All staff made me feel welcome, relaxed and thoroughly pampered. Thank you!

For a $125 cut and blow wave from Monica, you get:
- Your hair cut much shorter than you said you wanted it
- Told throughout your appointment how difficult your hair is (she wasn't joking)
- Upon payment, Monica tells the receptionist to charge you more because it took longer to do the blow wave and make a note of it on your file IN FRONT OF YOU

Went away paying for another salon to get hair fixed. They described it as getting "hacked at".

Head Office said Nicole the Manager would call back, but that was at the start of this week.

You do not get what you paid for.

This has to be one of the best salons I've been too! It not just that you walk out with a great job done, feeling pretty and enjoying your new hair. They create an entire experience, you feel ten feet talk! Love it!

Been going there for almost a decade, I have long curly thick hair that can be hard to manage - They've always been great.

Today I went for Hari cut and came out with spoiled cut they took 90$ for spoiled haircut. M feeling like for some days I can't go anywhere. Haaaaaaaaaaaa

The service was great. The hairdresser who did my haircut was based in Rokk Ebony Toorak though but she does haircut once awhile at Rokk Ebony South Melbourne. Ask for Sharon.:)
