I couldn’t be happier each and every time I visit this salon. The staff are all so lovely and brilliant at what they do. I see the beautiful Nikki, she nails what I ask for every time to perfection! So thorough and professional.

Chiara is amazing and super lovely.my hair is back to looking healthy and full. & the styling is 10/10.i feel pretty again!

Ask for fools to highlight hair and they made hair blonde. Asked then why all hair was so blonde for a 14 year old girl? They said that’s how it turned out. She was there for nearly 4 hours. Only once they checked her foils to check colour.
The blow wave as poor and hair was still frizzy and some areas wet.
Plus they were trying ti charge more money without the student discount. A total disappointment.

Nikki was amazing! She worked her magic in my hair and gave me exactly what I asked for some layers to my hair. Im so happy with my new hair style and it’s so easy to manage.
Rok Ebony has a great atmosphere and the staff are friendly.

Staff all delightful. My normal stylists and colourist both on leave but very happy with both hairdressers who did my hair

Caitlin did my colour…. She was so sweet and listened to all my questions, creating the most beautiful colour and making sure I was comfy and had a warm drink.
I completely forgot her name but the woman with the curly orange hair did the cut, I felt so taken care of and she did the absolute best cut while talking me through all the options and making sure I left feeling really good.

They pay attention to details and make shore that your Hair is healthy and beautiful.

This Salon like most of the Rock Ebony outlets are feeding off award status from another salons with this name.

Now a franchise that’s charging excessive prices so they can use the brand. My reviews are always honest and fair so I will say that on many occasions I was reasonably happy with hair results but on my last visit this certainly wasn’t the case. On top of that you didn’t operate with integrity and honestly.

You had the option to smooth this out but you chose an easier route to feed your own ego.

You’ve lost my business at $450 + a time. You are in the Customer service industry you need to learn what customer service means or try another career path. This doesn’t just involve how you cut or style hair.

Had a few trims and complex color work. Always do a great job, always have a really positive environment and everyone is just lovely.

After a bad experience at a different hair salon came to Rokk Ebony in the hopes of having my badly coloured hair rectified, and was amazed at the result. Michael was very professional and friendly and the result was as exactly as I envisaged. Will go to no other salon moving forward.

The team at Rokk Ebony in Mentone are always wonderfull. I have been getting a scheduled haircut there for several years and I have never been disappointed. Quite the opposite actually. Every visit has been a positive experience. A huge thank you to Rick and also to the lovely Sarah.

All the Rokk Ebony staff are so friendly and amazing but my personal favourite is Chiara is does an incredible job and is so friendly I’ve never trusted someone so much with my hair.

Be aware the hairdressers are sub par please don’t let this place ruin your blonde hair, highly recommend blondies of Melbourne or unicorn maynes by mykey, half the price, 1,000,000 times better in talent and won’t make your blonde throw hues of random colours. Rip off, sit you down and change the quote sneaky, not at all priced according to skill sets. Avoid it!
