Rocco's Burger Cafe

We ate inside which was very loud. Toast was white and mushrooms cold but the service was awesome. We had a young trainee Amaya who was fabulous at her job. Thank you Amaya.

Had breakfast here twice now, and both times, the food, coffee, and service hasn't disappointed us. Highly recommend

Had brunch here for Father’s Day, when we arrive there seemed to be an issue with finding our booking, once it had been found they had to arrange tables for us. After waiting for someone to take our order for an extended period of time we finally got someone’s attention and ordered. When our food was brought to the table the staff were unsure if the food was for our table and when we asked what the dish was the staff were unsure. This continued with our drinks with staff being unsure what they were bringing over. Young staff were overheard swearing to one another in conversation. In the end we were changed the wrong tables bill. Food was good but service needs a lot of work.

The fine young man I believe he said his name was Josh, his service was amazing, served me and my family with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed to have a comfortable dining experience, Will be coming back again!

The best burgers I have ever eaten. Ingredients good and freshly prepared. Can’t beat them. So I brought my daughter here.

Stopped in for breakfast early Saturday morning. The Coffee was excellent, the food was reasonably priced. Breakfast was awsome, great size, well presented and full of flavour. Love this place. They also make incredible burgers which I have eaten and loved before. Highly recommend.

The food looked amazing on the menu, but it was pretty bland and dry. I had pancakes and the ingredients looked like they should have tasted fantastic, but they were not great. The service was great but honestly I wouldn’t go back.

Great burger cafe. The cheeseburger is delicious. Great customer service. Definitely worth a visit. They also have gluten free options.

Very very very slow service that's if you even get served along with being overcharged for food. I won't be back.

Very Disappointing burger with the lot for $18.90. Bun was hard and chewy, patty was bland, small piece of bacon, over cooked egg. Local fish and chip shop does much better for half the price.

I decided to give a local coffee shop a go & have a coffee after reading it's renowned for its coffee.
Upon entering the staff were all too busy talking amongst themselves & the woman on the coffee looked unapproachable as did the other women. I had to ask where I could place my order & told in such a "can't be bothered way", here.
The price was reasonable for a medium coffee, unfortunately that's as good as it gets. Not only was I subjected to rude/lack thereof service, but the coffee was so bitter, it tasted like the equipment hadn't been cleaned properly.
I don't think I would go back to try the food. They really need to do something about their bitter staff representing their business & the poor coffee.

What a burger place should be like. Special and tasty. They actually cooked bacon properly!

Ordered the Captain America Burger & Dirty Burger along with Large Cappuccino & Oat Milk Flat White spent $69.60

My partner said he tried one of burgers and said it was good so I thought let's get some for lunch delivered. Sadly it was such a let down. I had the captain America and it had a strange smell to it and took a bite it just wasn't crispy just really soggy and the chicken wasn't even good. My partner tried it and even he said I don't want to finish it.

We both ate about half and just threw it in the bin in the end. Coffees were not that special either.

First time for me trying it and wasn't impressed at all. Maybe it's different when you dine there I'm not sure but getting it delivered was a huge waste of money and left me feeling terrible in the toilet.

Amazing staff amazing food and good price eat here every Saturday for my cheat meal and absolutely love it

Ordered a large iced mocha through uber eats, it arrived only half full. It's a $10 item and can't even provide a full cup. Absolutely disgraceful. I won't be ordering from Rocco's or using uber eats again.

After years of loyalty, today I received pathetic service. Staff were extremely unprofessional, neglecting dinning in customers and spending more time chatting than working. Not only were staff standing around but when they did make my drink, it was nothing like the usual smoothy I have received. It contained disproportionate ingredients compared to previous experiences.
I have previously raves about the Captain America Burger but after today I do not think I will be a returning customer.

Wallet left behind at a time of day the only people in store were staff. $350 missing cash when it was returned. No apology from staff. To be reported to the police.
