Rob's British Butchery

I bought a beef pie last Monday to give as a thank you gift. I changed my mind about giving the pie, deciding instead to give chocolates and keep pie for our dinner. Well, so grateful I didn't give the pie as it was so salty we could not eat it. I had to throw the pie out and prepare something else for dinner. It was an expensive dinner. $20 for the inedible pie and further $26 for the Coles roast. Felt disappointed, angry, cheated.

I have been a frequent customer of robs butcher for many years, I mainly go there for my grand farther, who can’t live with out the pork pies, the service is always 5 stars, they do great black pudding, sausages & the pork crackle is something dreams are made of keep up the great work guys

Short changed every time I paid by cash. Had an agreement on a price of a product and suddenly the price would go up.

Got my Haggis for Burns night with black pudding Scottish Lorne Sausage and tattie scones. Cheers Rob and staff

Love Rob's. Being married to an English man - Rob is a popular bloke in our house. Dropped in today to get sausages for the hubby's birthday dinner. His favourite - sausage, eggs, chips and beans!

Just amazing. So many things that I've not seen for a long time. Definitely will be going back. Staff were so friendly. Family atmosphere, felt like I was back at home. Went to grab some Easter eggs. Couldn't be happier, wish I'd got more!

Everyone knows your ham is delicious.your pork cooks with perfect crackle, your Turkey simply scrumptious, your pigs in blankets to die for.and I've already told you how good the fruit pastels are.but I gotta tell you the orange smarties are off the charts.and I should know I just devoured the whole box! Get on down to Robs in the new year.best food and lollies ever!?

Great friendly staff. Can get all your English favourites. Pork pies, scotch eggs, haggis, British style bacon. Love the food.

The food, black pudding, is really Scottish breakfast pudding, sliced sausage, haggis and etc are Scots foods. I noticed some some Irish sausage, which I like. I think that the English foods aren't a big feature. If you want real black pudding, where even the white bits are black, you'll have to look around. My Scots friends love you though Rob.

Great staff, good knowledge of products in their range. Good packaged products sauses, HP, tins of mushy peas, chocolates and soft drinks. I will be returning.

Visited Robs for the first time today, it was like returning to my childhood.
Left with pork pies, scotch eggs, smoked bacon and steak & Kidney pies, Could have brought so much more very hard to control myself but very happy had pork pie for lunch and steak & Kidney pies for dinner, Rob you have made perfection mate delicious.
Will have scotch eggs for lunch tomorrow, will be visiting again soon if your in Dandenong pay them a visit excellent produce and served with a smile. Cheers

After seeing this shop everytime I drove thru Dandenong I decided to visit and see if it was really British tasting.absolutely delicious. Back to my childhood Pork pies. Cornish pasties. Black pudding. Irish sausages. Hagis.sooooo delighted and had to stay in budget. Highly recommend and will be back often. Thanks for the memories Rob.

The best place to buy British meats, pies and groceries in Melbourne. The pork pies, sliced sausage and scotch eggs are brilliant and it’s worth the trip out to Dandenong. There’s a massive variety of bacon, sausages and pies as well. Highly recommended if you miss some British treats.

Can't get to Dandenong often enough to visit this shop. Great ranges of meats and smallgoods. Brilliant service

We went back a second time after being recommended. I bought $22 worth of Irish Sausages so I could freeze a load as we live a hour away.well worth it as they are DELICIOUS! Great selection of UK treats too. Friendly team too.

Best! Maybe only haggis in Melbourne! Try the it Anglo Sri Lankan style with rice neeps and tatties! Delicious and spicy. Great products and friendly service. Wish I lived closer.

My partner is from the UK so ww went there last week & she was so excited. I went back today to get more treats foe her & the kids. Great selection of meats etc. The ladies are very friendly & helpful. Thank you.
