Roast'd Chinese BBQ & Duck

NOT HAPPY! Last 2 meals I have taken back as the meat was off. Had nasi goreng with pork belly. Hubby had peking rice with duck and it was average at best. Our last few meals from here were less than ordinary. We used to eat here at least once a week and now we will NOT be going back. Food poisoning doesn't interest me.

Always a great meal and service. Sometimes their estimate of how long a takeaway meal will take is a little out but always worth the wait and they do keep you informed. Will keep coming back. Thanks.

We have been going here for years but my last few visits I could see the service and food quality decline! We got cold food and the service was deplorable. Customers were going and getting their own water cutlery and the waitress (white chick) she was rude to all the customers, yes i was watching. She stood behind the counter drinking whatever she was drinking and not serving or attending to customers and when people approached her she was annoyed. The reason I'm taking the effort to review is sometimes the owner is busy trying to hold the reigns and when you employ people with poor service skills and serve cold food you will loose customers. I invited friends and told them this was the best in the location and I was embarrassed and they were shocked by the attitude of the waitress and the food and ended up with food poisoning. Totally embarrassed!

Very generous helpings of food but service was lacking. This was midweek, so will try another day.

Menu is not bad, food was ok most of the stuff we had was cold by the time we got it. Singapore noodles were really sweet I wasn’t a fan. This place needs a clean up something shocking. Front door has heaps of finger prints on it rubbish out the front of restaurant, toilets need to be cleaned badly.
Has potential but hasn’t met my expectations.

Ordered takeaway tonight for the first time since Seasons became Chinese BBQ and Duck. The food is terrible! Anyone who has ever eaten good Chinese knows this is not it! Lamb Chewy, Prawns clearly frozen ones, chicken overcooked and chewy, spring rolls cold and all vegetables rubbery. Not edible and a waste of money. Hugely disappointed

We always have weekend dinner and theKids specially love their roasted pork And mix fried rice. Good portion size and value for money.

Very unhygenic practices by the staff. Terrible service took over 20 minutes to get a soup. Messing up orders for customers

Terrible food! Ordered the softshell crab bao buns only to come home & find out they gave us rice! The spicy pork ramen had no pork belly! There wasnt a single veggie in the laksa.was just a terrible broth with noodles. Never getting from there again.

I'm a BBQ pork on rice lover and was craving it tonight. I usually won't try other bbq on pork and will stay with my usual places but they are closed. So glad I give this a try. Definitely met my expectations and I have high expectations. Customer service over the phone was wonderful as well. Also, there is no need to get extra bbq sauce (like I usually do), I'm sure what they serve would be enough.

Great food at a reasonable price with plenty to choose from. The service was a bit slow the night we went, but the robot waiter was a surprise.

Food wasnt too bad, but wasnt the same quality it once was (been here a few times). It was a bit cold and didnt taste too fresh. Duck still had pieces of cartridge in it. Plates given to us were dirty and had to ask for new clean ones.
Service was disappointing and felt they looked after the big tables instead of us. When seated, we waited about 20min until we realised you had to scan the qr code to order the food (wish they told us when we were seated). Did that and had fill in all my details and pay by card which included a card surcharge.
Was annoying when i wanted another drink having to scan the qr enter all my details again!

Would i go back?

Honestly, delicious food. I highly recommend the duck noodles.
We've eaten takeaway from here a fair few times and have always been happy with the quality.

It was our first time visiting this place. We live close by but never really realised it was here. My partner walked past and said it had a great dining area and young cool people working so we thought we’d try it out. We have absolutely no bad things to say about this place. The restaurant is big, cosy and comfortable, the staff were super friendly, the food came out quickly and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. We ordered a few entrees to share and mains and it all tasted fresh and delicious and you didn’t feel too heavy afterwards. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

We have struggled to find a nice Chinese take away near us and this place has delivered. We dined-in on a Saturday night. The restaurant is clean and the service was great.

We got chicken spring rolls, chicken satay skewers, spinach and cheese wontons, nasi goreng, honey chicken, some beef spicy noodle dish and steamed rice. Everything that came out was delicious and the servings were very generous!

My Partner and went in for dinner and was given bottle of water. The bottle had mouldy mucus inside stuck to the bottom cause us to feel ill and couldn’t eat. The food was average also. When we went to complain we saw towards the kitchen and looked very dirty with old food in a container opened on the bench.

Food was delicious. Had only one person serving (could be a weekday thing) but they had a robot to help which was interesting. Would consider coming back.

Food is amazing and good sized serves. Robot waiter was but if fun but it did take a long time to get out order.

It was my first time at the restaurant. The food was so so good and the prices were reasonable. Calm and peaceful environment ideal for a catch up with friends, family dinner out or even to enjoy a glass of wine with your partner. Special mention should be made about the lovely and welcoming staff who always have a smile on their faces. This place has topped my list and myself and my family are definitely going there again. Keep up the good work.
