45 Very unhappy with the service. Waited from 7: 04pm until 9: 00pm for a small pizza delivered within Ballarat. When we phoned an hour and a hal after ordering to ask where it was they were rude and offered no explanation for the wait and when it was delivered there was no recognition or explanation for the wait of almost two hours.
Will not order again.
Great Pizza. It's our regular take-away place. Great tasting pizza at good prices and friendly service. Very happy. It's set up as take-away/delivery only service, and as such, the decor is very basic indeed and the ambience is probably not conducive to "in-house" dining.
We waited an hour and a half for our pizza to arrive and when it finally came there was no drink. The pizza was cold and the garlic bread was burnt. I wouldn't recommend them.
What a great experience we had with this shop, we had pizzas and pastas from here before and it was superb!
Their prices are cheap and amazing

Partner got pizza from here. Guy on the phone was rude. Lady who delivered it hardly acknowledged him. Basically took the money and threw the food at him. Pizza doesn’t have much flavour or sauce and is a tad burnt but I must say the delivery was faster than a lot of other places in Ballarat, so I have to give them that. It did also have a lot of pineapple (best part) and meat. There was a fair amount of food and drink for the amount of money paid but we probably won’t be going here very often.
