Delivery guy needs to be sacked. Pictures speak for themselves. Never again.

Appreciate the reply from Rizzo's, but this didn't happen without someone knowing about it. Let your staff know that it's easier to own a mistake, make a call and advise that there will be a delay - udnerstandable.

Best Pizzas in town, friendly staff and pizzas are always nice and fresh, I would not go anywhere else

Would have to be one of the worst pizza shops ever just got a pizza from there and all the toppings fell off everywhere the tortellini carbonara wish you so dry and plain, once bitten twice shy next time I go to the proper pizza place across the road

Great pizza. Interesting flavours, its not your typical pizza. We ordered a BBQ meat lovers pizza, tandoori chicken pizza and the margarita pizza. Best one out of the lot was the tandoori chicken pizza, the BBQ meat lovers had mincemeat (interesting) and the margherita pizza was average.

Ordered chips, cheese, and gravy, chips were under cooked and there was baking paper mixed into the cheese.pizza very average, but barely any egg on my Aussie pizza, won't be going back anytime soon

Ordered 3 large pizzas in the deal last week on the Thursday night. We asked for thin base on one pizza although did not get thin base. All pizzas were very doughy, not cut through, no flavour, hardly any topping and lacking sauce. Was very disappointed on my first visit and unfortunately will not be returning.

Bought the 2 large pizza deal tonight. Both were dry and tasteless. Even our toddler wouldn't eat it. The pizzas looked ok but were barely cut all the way through. Don't think we will be returning customers.

Best local pizzas, great toppings.
Polite and beautiful staff, clean and professional restaurant.
Such good value, eat in or take away you will not be disappointed.

Very good Italian. Don't expect a ham and pineapple pizza. This is only for the most authentic Italian cuisine.

Pizza's were ok place reasonably clean service a bit slow but was a busy night so understandable

Good Italian style pizza friendly staff good service, a good feed for the family with a pretty good selection on the menu defiantly recommended stopping in and checking it out.

Just came up from Melbourne went into Rizzo pizza shop, very dirty not clean at all
We’re the food is absolutely filthy food mix into other food, sauce over bench dried up, black substance all stuck to glass, shop floor so dirty

I would recommend u go look in shop first before u Oder and then walk straight out

Omg just had the fettuccini carbonara it's amazing! Great service, great price, will definitely be coming back

Pizza was terrible, stuffed up my order, poorly trained person taking the order that needs a hearing test which used the old your phone is breaking up line and the delivery was 1 hour and 20 minutes late. You can't stick you pizzas and service up your ringa it got me buggers how your still in business.

Best Pizza in town, I have been a regular customer, I usually have the vegetarian and it’s the best I have ever had in Ballarat

Will never order from here again. Ordered chicken parma with chips, chicken was small and dry and there were like no chips wouldnt pay $5 for it let alone there price $14.
The food was cold even tho we live not even two blocks from there shop.
Didnt eat took it all back

Great quality food at a awesome price. Friendly staff and an owner who takes pride in his business, knows regulars by name and remembers your order. What more could you want.

Amazing pizza and Pasta. Service I received was phenomenal, always greeted with a smile. If your looking for brilliant meal, I could not recommend Rizzos enough
