This place very disguised me,
Dirty food was hair on food and dirty plates and waited for my order 1 hour & twenty minutes till I got my order was cold food I told the staff about it he said give me few minutes and come back to you then I waited over 20 minutes no one came to my table,
Worst service ever,
I well never ever go to this place anymore.

Ratings are for the food. Staff and customer service isn’t great but lovely view and shisha, great for a time with friends!

Told i can only pay cash, walked to my car in the rain to get cash and after i paid, they let someone else pay with card.

Made a reservation but no name on the list. Thankfully we got the middle seat. 2 out of 3 shishas were off and asked the guy to have a look. To which he said he will fix. Asked again twice but no show for an hour. Food was cold. Don't think we'll be going there again.

We had a very nice time with our family friends. Food was very delicious and portions was very generous. Happy to go back again

Wow I loved this place! Amazing view with real good food. Waiters are very polite and lovely and also welcoming. Shisha is great! Great for a family to go there or group of friends! Goes well for anyone

Nice setting. Gorgeous view. Lots of smoking being done inside so not exactly kid friendly but there is an outside seating area. Expensive food but worth it.

The owner/manager lady with the blonde hair is not welcoming and is very rude. Speaks to her staff with disrespect. Food is good but Unfortunately won’t be going back there. If you want to treated with respect don’t go there. Wouldn’t recommend.

Not the best experience I had. Although food was quite good customer service could be greatly improved.

20mins after i arrived nobody’s turning up to take the order made to wait alot and the kebabs skewers they got were uncooked and it was unchewable my mouth was paining and it didnt smell good at all.

Great restaurant. Had a family function there and was well organised by great management and staff! The manager went out of her way to makesure the experience was perfect. Highly recommended and will definitely be back!

Nice Shisha and place atmosphere, however managers and most workers need a course in customer service.

Really great place for a special occasion such as engagement party or graduation or just a fancy girls night out. The menu and price is exactly like Almina in Docklands, but I would say the location is better, it's next to a beautiful river you can walk along and take pics. It's a beautiful romantic location. Does get quite busy so make sure you make a reservation.

Food was good, prices are within normal. Staff weren't so nice, not listening to what we ordered. The staff warned us not to sit in outdoor area as if whether go bad they wouldn't let us back inside!

Beautiful food, great service. Amazing view also the staff there kept making sure we were happy and we felt comfortable. Would highly recommend this place for dinner or even a function. I will be back.

We ordered some starters to try with and honestly knowing lebanese food n how to cook it was so flavour some and spot on with everything

One of the best Arabic restaurants with great view of the river.best quality of Arabic food girls were lovely, friendly and professional, I would like to say thanks to Hayat.

The Shisha was awesome with 5star service from Rayyan.
