24Pathetic staff who really need to learn customer service skills.the lady at service desk seemed she was being forced to work.the floors were dirty as if they haven't been cleaned for weeks.if you don't want to run a store professionally then close it don't spoil the name of the brand.
The particulars at this Rivers store; parking is very easy and plentiful. The store itself is really large and welcoming. Staff are good. Stock is generally neat and good range. Good range of opening hours. I would suggest installing more clothes hooks in the changing rooms. However this may be a deliberate measure to discourage masses of clothes being brought in to try on?
I recommend this store.
