Ritchies IGA East Bentleigh

I visited first time at IGA Bentleigh, and I was surprised, they have variety of products and the prices are also competitive.

Nice good shop to run in to grab a few things. Staff are friendly, parking is good. A fun range of different cookies and Alternative foods as well. Worth a drop in if you want to put something different on the table or wow your guests.

Fully stocked but restrictions due to Covid 19 panic buying which does not help any one. Great selection of most products. Have noticed slightly more expensive on some items. Friendly and very helpful staff at Registers.if we all stay focussed.wash our hands.social distance.mask and gloves this will end soon.

Ritchie's are considered the third biggest of the supermarkets in Australia and they have been the alternative to the big two who over the years haven't been there for the customer. Unlike the big 2 they are owned by who ever has the money and the ability to run a supermarket. Would you call it a franchise but that's what are. Unfortunately for the public they offered the savings but could not to the damage that was needed. But to Ritchie's credit they are still here. They offer what people like might not have the selection of the other 2 but I doubt that what they are. It's a good old school supermarket that helps out the community and doesn't pretend to anything other than what it is. They have good prices very helpful staff and you won't get the home brand that once was limited to a couple of products and now it's everywhere. With all thats happening not just around the world but even to ours. Maybe we should pay more attention to the helpline the stores that give back not only then but have continued untill today. So if you have a Richie's in your neighbourhood go and get whatever you can from there and then we go to the other 2 for finishing our shopping

Very handy grocery store with extra special items that larger stores don't have! Staff always courteous & helpful Lovely store.clean & well organized!

Recently renovated. Good local supermarket. Much bigger than the smaller independent supermarkets

Fantastic customer service, we went in with a guide dog puppy in training and the staff were incredible in helping us

This supermarket has superb service from it's friendly team of people. The wonderful thing is that they deliver to your home, after placing an order from homeThe staff will go out of the way to help you.

A great place to shop and staff are very helpful and caring. Good specials too. I love shopping at this supermarket.

The top shelves are hard to reach for short people, and the range of energy drinks in the fridge is kinda bad.
Same with chocolates, most of it is the one brand.

Their baguettes are nice though.

Moved in to the neighborhood 2 years ago and can't tell how satisfied is am with Ritchies IGA as our local market.
Not only that they have quite the range of products and quality ones at that, the staff are incredibly friendly. Even if it is a supermarket chain, the staff puts effort to know people and you get the decent human interaction with them.
I recommend the house made side dishes like seafood salad and stuff. They are made with quality ingredients. Also the sushi corner inside market is great.

Nice variety of unique organic products not found at the big 2 supermarkets. Particularly partial top the extra varieties of Kombucha on offer and kefir
