Always a pleasure shopping at IGA Bentleigh, well kept store, clean and well stocked. Customer service is a delight, store specials are also great and product variety is good to. Hard to come across these days, can always find what you need.

They help the local community they have everything I need it's convenient and easy to do the shopping no big long queues.

I'll never go back, 1 person working registers, a queue of 10 plus people waiting, decided to use the machines, of course got stuck 4 times, needed a staff member to enter a code.
You're paying a premium to go to IGA over woolies and coles, put more staff on the registers

This place has a wide variety of products on their shelves. Being for the locals the staff are helpful and friendly

Richie's iga in bentleigh sells a good selection of branded items that you can't get in woollies and Coles any longer. I like shopping there for dairy and condiments as they have a much wider range than other supermarkets in the area. Staff are also helpful and cheerful.

I love the range here and the fresh ingredients are really great. The staff are mostly lovely but everytime I go here, I'll either find the front register team to be a little snappy or the person standing at the self serve checkouts tends to be looking off into the distance and not acknowledging me as I leave. It's not a huge deal but I'd just love to see a few more smiles around the place!

Love this store! Also shoutout to Betty, the older lady in the store. What an asset to the team. She provided us with amazing service, give her a raise. It came to my attention that some of the other staff members were throwing her under the bus and maker her do all of their dirty work, sort of taking her for granted because she is older and fragile and won't say no. This is not okay! Very upsetting to see this happen, she is trying her best.

Fantastic store. A little bare but they are working at getting stock up again. Great variety, wide aisles and great covid protocols. Very wide range of brands. A relief away from home brands!

Most disappointed to find Ritchies’ policy is to allow staff to serve public unmasked if they have a medical exemption.

Always love coming here. Such great food, good prices and amazing sushi. Literally don’t get my sushi anywhere else.

It is small super market. We can not find the goods and variety product. The price too is not economic as compared to others. It should be expanded with lot of varieties goods because it is only big store in this locality.

Their specials match or better the big guys. I shop here once a week to support the smaller retailers and a local store.

The Deli here is a hidden gem.
No time for dinner, no problem.
Lasagne, roasted Pork Belly, roast veggies, they have it all.

The store is close and handy for a quick shop but if I wanted to be ignored I’d just stay home with the wife and kids. The checkout staff were too busy chatting with each other to even say hi. I could’ve walked out without paying and they’d be none the wiser. I’d say the customer is the last thing on their minds.

Increased from 4 to 5 star. Greater selection better layout. Good specials too, best IGA. Staff as caring as always.
