Rinaldo's Casa Cucina reviews
81Noted that we had to do our own bar service due to staffing constraints however this is not reflected in any reduction to the cost of the wine. Two of our group ordered Pork Belly which was over cooked and quite dry. The other meals were fine. The waitress did an excellent job and the space is delightful, however I'm not sure that I would recommend Rinaldo's to others after this experience.
Staff are always very professional & diligent to good customer service. The food is always excellent. We always visit Rinaldo's when we are in Wangaratta. Adam is an excellent chef.
I look forward to visiting Rinaldo's every time I visit Wangaratta for business. The food, service and location is amazing!
What a gem, fine Italian dining at country prices. Food was amazing, device brilliant and topped off with Pizzini wines.one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever been to
Great little Eatery and a favourite in Wangaratta. Consistently good meals, well prepared with care. Great service and a good range of local beers and wines. Outdoor seating area (under cover) is cool in Summer and warm in Winter.
Probably the best meal we had in Wangaratta.
We ordered Gamberi pizza (very good) and spaghetti carbonara (good but for some reason I can smell mushroom-y fragrance. So not sure if there's mushroom element in it).
Service was great and they were attentive.
Lovely restaurant - great food and service. If we lived in Wangaratta, we would frequent often. Will definitely return when visiting Wangaratta!
Dined here for dinner while in Wangaratta for a funeral. BEAUTIFUL FOOD I have the ravioli with mushroom sauce DELICIOUS & HUGE serving. Husband had a woodfire pizza. If you want authentic Italian food I suggest you dine here. I was eyeing off the gelati for dessert in a doughnut cone but I couldn't fit it in after the main meal. Maybe next time.
This is not good authentic Italian unfortunately the management don’t care to talk to customers so they will never know that there food served is not to a standard they had in the past or represents the menu presented.
We wanted to support their business in Covid but we won’t be back.
The service was good it was management that failed.
Their standards have dropped dramatically over the last few years.
We won’t be back.
The calamari fritti was great but the gnocchi was a no for me. Staff was rushing us to finish and really didn't like that!
Bella! Just like my nonna cooked, fresh italian taste that lingers well after you have finished your meal. Staff were friendly and helpful, will be back again.
A sincere thank you for allowing us to celebrate our Anniversary in your wonderful restaurant.
Kind regards
Alex and Jody
Super fast and friendly service, great quality food. Walked in for takeaway and were promptly served. Despite the restaurant being quite full, we’d only been waiting 5-10 minutes when our order was handed to us. The gnocchi was homemade and perfect and the garlic bread out of the pizza oven so fresh. Gelato to finish up a great meal.
Always friendly with prompt, efficient but not intrusive service. A terrific menu with high quality offerings that are all delicious.
Highly recommend (especially the creme brûlée!)
Great location we loved sitting out in the terrace. Good Italian food and a good selection of wine too
The food was exquisite, the service was attentive and knowledgeable, and the fit-out was fantastic. We had the calamari, garlic pane and duck confit. Can't wait to come back and work through the rest of the menu.
The staff were great.
The main meal was great.
But of all things to me the desert was a big slide down the scale. Canolli was to thick and hard to eat with the supplied fork AND the custard had lumps (bigger fail).
Absolutely beautiful from the moment you walk in the door you are made to feel welcomed. The service was friendly and efficient, the food was presented beautifully and bought out in a timely manner. The place is big and looking out to the trees when the fairy lights come on is spectacular. 5 star all the way. If I return to Wangaratta I will definitely be back.
Very disappointing, this was our second visit. First visit food was enjoyable and service was good. Second visit very disappointing service was slow and meals although were average presentation was messy.
Really lovely lunch today - atmosphere was warm and inviting-food excellent-staff happy and attentive.
Always great food and wonderful service. The venue was perfect and the staff were very attentive. Our food was beautiful and I would definitely recommend Rinaldo's as the place to go for a great night out!
