Had dinner here! Rick provides amazing customer service. Food was also top tier. Would be nice to have a bar tap but not a huge issue. Will be back for sure!

This restaurant provided wonderful food, great service and a homely atmosphere. I would highly recommend; in fact, we returned the following evening to purchase another two servings of the Italian donuts! We will be back.

The meatballs were handmade and bloody awesome. Lamb shank is a must have. Gnocchi was very fresh and full of flavours. We were treated, made welcome and really enjoy the fabulous food. Highly recommended.

What a great little restaurant in the heart of Flemington! Food and service 10/10! I had the sizzling lamb- omg so delicious! My partner had the Camembert chicken. Rick suggested a lovely bottle of vino. Honestly could not fault this restaurant for service, quality of the food and hospitality shown by Rick!

First time dining at Rick's and had a fantastic experience. Sat at the bar and talked to the owners before being shown our seats for dinner. The food was great. They even have a rooftop. I can't wait to see what Rick offers for New Years Eve as his rooftop will be an excellent viewing spot for Melbourne's Fireworks.

Rick is welcoming, accommodating, easy going and honest host.
I asked for a breakfast sandwich which was not on the menu and his chefs made it for me.
Priced me reasonably as well.
Even though I'm late, I'm glad I discovered y'all.

Ahh. Rick's place. I am hard-pressed to think of a more accommodating owner+ head chef combo in all my life.

The food is amazing, the prices are great and it feels like I'm talking to an old-friend.

My only annoyance is it took this long for me to discover them despite having lived so close by but better late than never, I guess:).

My partner and I came for lunch on a very cold Wednesday afternoon. We had been at the zoo all day and needed a big warm feed to perk us up. Ricks place did just that with their amazing parmi, which my partner said was the best he had ever had and the meatballs which were to die for. The service was so friendly and welcoming. Rick even helped us to organise what we could do in Melbourne that afternoon as we were on holiday and didn’t know the area well. To top it off, Rick took us upstairs to see the view and take some wonderful photos of us. Such a thoughtful touch for holiday makers looking to capture memories. I wish they had places like this in QLD as we would be regular customers!

Came for dinner for my husband’s birthday, and what an absolutely fantastic place! Ric is a natural-born hospitality hero. Made us feel like we have been visiting a friends dinner party, not just eating out.

My wife and I drove down from Albury Wodonga to attended a 51st birthday party at Rick's Place. The food, the hospitality, and the rooftop view quite simply exceeded expectations! Well done Rick, we're looking forward to come back to your place as soon as we can.

Booked on a saturday lunch. Met and happily chatted to rick and the team and was an awesome experience. Very hospitable and attentive especially since we had kids causing chaos!

Service was impeccable, and food was great for a family day out (or night with ready karaoke machine!). Will definitely return for more!
