Today was my first consultation and treatment on underarm and bikini for laser hair removal.
I was greeted warmly when first arriving and my specialist helped ease my mind with all the appropriate information.
I also asked many questions online and via email before coming into the clinic, in which, they were always very helpful.

I had laser hair removal by Jorden. I was so happy with the service and treatment I received. Jorden is really professional and friendly. She took the time to explain everything to me before my treatment and the treatment itself was quick and pain free. The other staff members I met on the day were also really friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I have been receiving treatment for tattoo removal by Richmond skin and laser for the past few months on a very stubborn and unsightly tattoo, my tattoo was a thick band around my wrist and very dense so I've been extremely impressed with the way that the ink has lifted so fast, the service has been amazing and the results have been even better. Karen and her team always go above and beyond with making me feel comfortable while being treated. 13/10 would recommend!

I love everything about Richmond Skin and Laser! I go for the DMK enzyme facials and laser hair removal. Every DMK facial is tailored to the individual. Corinne is amazing at what she does and is very knowledgeable on skin health. Would highly recommend this clinic.

I come here for laser and DMK facials.
My skin has drastically improved since seeing the girls here. You do need to utilise the home-care products also which also contributed to the results. Highly recommend if you have any skin issues that you are wanting to resolve.
The laser is quick and painless (maybe that’s my threshold also!)
If you’re looking for a professional, friendly and accommodating clinic, this is the one for you!

By far the Best place I’ve found so far for tattoo removal, I’ve had 2 treatments with the picosure and I’m happy with the results so far, I can’t wait for my 3rd and maybe 4th treatment for my cover up, Karen was really nice aswell top notch service, highly recommended

Upon making a valid complaint I was met with unprofessional client service. Owner was rude and lacked empathy. Not the luxury experience I paid for.

Edit: Karen mentions my complaint is regarding a free service - my complaint is and always was about their lack of professionalism when met with a complaint. I spent over $1000 in treatments and products in my short time there and was treated like a neusance.

If you have unwated tattoos like I did, go see the girls from Richmond skin and laser, I had a dark chest tattoo, im getting really good results and fairly priced compared to the others with outdated laser machines, keep up the good honest work you girls do

I cannot recommend Karen and her team highly enough. She runs a professional business where the clinicians are passionate about helping clients achieve great results. A variety cutting edge treatments are available and are tailored to meet your needs. It's a one stop shop for me!
