I was a bit a nervous but couldn't have been in better hands with Emily. She made sure I understood everything and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. It was completely painless and I look forward to see Emily again.

The beautician/technician who looks after me is Kiera. I've never been one to request someone at a place before, so she's a first.
She is an absolute gem to have; very warm and welcoming, even when she's had a full week of long hours. As well as being confident with her job.

Overall, the place is very professional and I don't mind travelling for good service/good equipment.

Highly recommend this clinic, the services are always first class and the team members are lovely, warm and welcoming.

Awesome experience, first time I was nervous but they made me feel comfortable and they have been accommodating to my booking and cancellation experience as I was unable to make the first appointment. Really grateful and noticed significant reduction in hair removal after initial treatment. Thanks girls!:)

I'm getting laser hair removal here and absolutely love it. I don't worry about pain at all here. I used to be so stressed about the pain with other guys. The team is so professional and super friendly

This was my first ever Enzyme facial. It was very relaxing and my skin was glowing at the conclusion of the treatment.
Penny was very professional and ensured she explained everything she was doing.

Factor 4 was a game changer for me.and with ongoing pico and enzyme treatments my skin has never looked better

The treatment I had from Erica was very good. She is experienced, gentle and kind. She organised a facial from Lilly for me which made me feel wonderful and look rejuvenated.

I have been attending this clinic over 2 years now. It’s always a friendly service and their enzyme treatment is amazing. Highly recommend it

Richmond Skin & Laser clinic I used for men's laser hair removal and I found them to be very unprofessional and unorganised. The staff are friendly and nice however when it came to treatments I was shocked. They never knew what treatment I was in for and were always asking me. I expressed concerns several times about lack of success for one area of treatment in particular and they never managed to get it right and then the next visit they were oblivious to where we were up to and what needed to be done. I felt like they didn't keep any track or record of my treatments which is probably why I won't go back. I've tried another clinic now and feel much more comfortable that I am getting the right treatment. I cannot recommend this place as they only take your money and don't care about patients, proper treatment plans or success. The manger is very rude and dismissive too. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Don't be fooled by the paid/fake reviews here.
