My absolute favourite restaurant!
The food is absolutely delicious! Generous servings, so tasty and finger licking good! Aside from the most tastiest ribs you can buy, there’s a wide variety of menu items with plenty of food to choose from including many burgers, wraps, chicken, steak, salads and some truly mouth watering deserts! There’s even sweet potato chips which I struggle to find anywhere. The food tastes so good you will want to lick the plate clean! Seriously! The menu is basically, wide, delicious, wholesome food and includes many healthy options that my entire family loves.
Restaurant is comfortable, clean and modern.
Really love it for catching up with friends, bringing the family or holding my family's birthday parties here (they are happy to accommodate parties and handle large groups with ease)!
Staff are warm, welcoming and friendly.
Affordably priced with fast service – can’t recommend highly enough!

'Seems like it should be better'

Ribs and Burgers is an odd establishment, because while it's venue is bright and it's menu a real steakhouse tease - the actual food leaves something to be desired.

Yes, on paper you get your plate of fresh fries and your perfect medium-rare steak, but the food is made without love or zest of seasoning. All flavors from the steak, to the pre-bagged fries, the cheese sauce or the over-dressed oily cabbage salad tastes neutral, if not bland.

Their food has no peppered crust, cut-through slice of citric lemon or even gravy as an add on and it is served just not-quite-hot-enough.

It's only good for the novelty ribs (which are hard to come by in Melbourne) but otherwise disappointing. 5/10.

Highly considerate restaurant! I order the full rack of ribs and because my piece was very bone heavy, they gave me an extra piece on the side! Legends and delicious food of course!

They cancelled our order for no reason after 1 hour and a half waiting, also, they have never delivered fresh food when ordered online. Always cold.

Incredibly tough sirloin steak even though I requested it med-rare so 'twas not the best quality, sickly sweet thickshakes which would give anyone diabetes (I had the vanilla malt) and the salad had a weakly flavoured dressing.
At least the ribs/burgers were decent and the staff were good.

I use to frequent to this venue with many groups of friends! With COVID last year, it has been a significant amount of time since I’ve been here.

I enjoyed having their milkshakes, onions rings and their lamb ribs! I finally returned this year with my friend but it saddens me they have removed lamb ribs from their menu!

Please consider its return to your menu!

First time I visited in 2019 were a nice and clear staff and delicious food as well, but second time in 2021 were disappointed! They don’t answer my questions and i felt raises of their behaviour.

Delicious ribs with good portion sizes. Great to go with the family and have a few of their ribs, burgers and entrees to share. Love the oreo thickshake here.

If you're in the mood for burgers and ribs this is the place to be. Burgers were juicy and ribs were finger licking good!

Highly recommend you try them both as portions are perfect and pricing is fair.

Organized a group takeaway at work. Ordered over $200 worth of food. As I got back with my food I found that my burger was not cooked and the meat was red raw. I rang up and complained about it, specially now that someone missed out on their lunch. The manager only offered me a refund for the burger that was not cooked properly. I expressed my concerns about my friend and him potentially getting sick. There was no help at all.

Very tasty burger (bacon and cheese) and the patty was superbly cooked. My wife had the superfood burger and requested no pickles but still had pickles on it (the order was clearly taken correctly as the waitress serving the food announced it "no pickles"). Not a big drama and didn't detract from the experience.

Nice food, cooked to order without a long wait. Tasty succulent ribs & great burgers. Reasonably priced & friendly staff.

My favorite burger in Melbourne, very juicy with quality meat, char lines makes the burger taste much better, also their southern chicken is nice too.
Chips are always fresh and crunchy, their sauces are good and you can have any type of sauce for free.
Overall this is one of my favorite resturant.

Very disappointed with my last visit. I ordered a burger and the meat patty was practically raw, only the outside was lightly browned. It was like eating raw mince meat, very chewy and disgusting. After I took one bite and saw this, I brought it the attention of the waitress but she insisted that was how they have always made the burgers and instead that it was fine to eat. I have visited this restaurant a few times before and I have never been served a raw burger, so I didn’t expect to be this time. I’m disappointed with how this issue was handled as the waitress made me feel silly for questioning the state of the burger. In the end, I left my meal practically untouched - what a waste of money, I will not be returning.

Lots of burgers to choose from. Beef and pork ribs. Salmon and salad option for non meat eaters.

The seating is comfortable and great for groups. Large bottles of mustard, tomato sauce, homemade special sauce plus napkins, cutlery are on every table.

Water station for washing hands and filling up glasses of tap water is a nice touch too.

A great place for a family meal.

Satisfying taste and nice service. Last visit they change their menu and our favourite lamb ribs were not available anymore. Moreover the taste is not as good as before.

First time here after hearing the ads. It's more of a take away style place, lots of people queuing to order their takeaways and lots of meal delivery couriers waiting for order pickups. Menu is not very big with ribs and burgers your menu choices with a few sides. Order and pay at the front and food is delivered to your table, a bit like McDonalds. Other customers dressed very casually, tradies as they came from work, so not the place for an elegant night out. Our orders were delivered promptly, all ribs, chips and Coleslaw. Pork ribs in 2 styles and beef ribs, as they were out of Lamb ribs. Meat was juicy and tender and had WAY to little marinade. It was as if the marinade was just brushed on after cooking. Flavours were good but really needed an extra dipping pot of marinade per serve to add that zing, like at TGIs. Our ribs could certainly have done with some more charring and having the marinade caramelized onto the meat during cooking. All the meats were tender and lean, with are favourite the Beef. We love ribs and eat them at restaurants regularly as well as home cook. This stuff is good but not Great, but could be with a little extra time in the kitchen.

Been coming here since it opened and everytime it delivers. Good, tasty ribs, falling off the bone. Juicy flavourful burgers and yummy sides. They do what they say they can, and they do it well.

Tried the new beyond burger and it's pretty tasty, the outside of the patty was slightly overcooked however. Chips and shakes on point as usual, still yet to try the ribs will have to come back again soon!
