Service was great and food was awesome. The little chocolate balls in the thickshake are yummy as! Loved it!

Not checking vaccination status or enforcing QR Code Check In. Place was dirty anyway so good reason even more not to eat there. You'd think with their community dead and incapacitated they'd take it seriously but nothing gets through these people's heads. Will be reporting them today.

I went here yesterday for the first time and it was honestly really good. I loved the workers, especially the blonde female worker and the guy at the register. They were so kind and helpful with everything. I definitely recommend this place and will be going again shortly.

One of the best in Craigeburn, Dine in if you can for the best experience. Their Chips are pretty good, and they have the best Burgers I have had in the area. Staff are friendly, venue is kept well and is a relaxing place to eat.

Poor Customer Service

I downloaded Ribs and Burgers app. On the app it says I have a free Burger to reedem plus I received an email saying I can reedem a free Burger. Yet when I asked the staff member she said unfortunately I can't give you a free Burger because it doesn't show you have any points. What do i need the points for if it says free burger? PLUS I got the email for it. Poor advertising and poor customer service. Never there again.

Good food and service. Watch out for the salad as it had coriander in it and wasn't on the menu. Other than that, everything was fine

The food and service is great. For the first timers like myself today I should have asked for less sauce. You eat it goes everywhere it got on my hair as well. So maybe just ask for Lot less sauce on your burgers.

Saw how busy this location was and decided to look at their menu. I noticed they had a peppermint tart and I was sold.

First and foremost Big thank you to the excellent hostess who took my order for a takeaway dessert- it was made really quickly and I appreciate that.

Secondly. I'm from South Africa and every year for more than 2 decades. My aunt has made a peppermint crisp tart for Christmas. I was obviously not home for Christmas last year and this dessert is so close to the one my aunt makes. I genuinely couldn't be happier.

Thank you so much! (can't wait to be back to try the mains. Another lady I spoke to who was waiting for a takeaway meal highly recommended it and said your staff is absolutely awesome)

Edit: we ate here and holy sht their food is amazing. (even came back a third time with my cousin). Ribs so soft it's unnatural. Definitely recommended trying their shakes. Milo was alright and my partner had the coookies and cream which was better. However when we came again I tried the vanilla malt and that was pretty amazing. Wings are also super soft like it just slips off the bone. It IS a tad expensive for 4 wings but it's good food.

You will never see my business ever again. After deciding it eat here last night for date night with my partner we both end up with food poisoning and extremely sick. Beware when eating here

Highly recommend the Double Peri Chicken! The dish was full of flavour, can't wait to try out more of their dishes. The service was good and the food came out very quickly.

I got breast chicken and it was so juices if you haven’t tried ribs and burgers then this is the sign you’re looking for. Give them a try and let me know how it was. I’m not saying all ribs and burgers are good but this one definitely gets a

No more BLT Nd falafel burger. Not much of vegetarian options which are there that's not really good.

Customer service by one of the male staff was excellent!

A little improvement with service can be done im sure like simply paying attention to customer's orders (as simple as noticing that customers ordered chips without sauce)

We had to queue up again just to purchase sauce after the food was already served.

And when the sauce was finally being served, it was missing another flavoured sauce

The temperature inside the restaurant is also very cold I think heat would make the place a little cozy.

I rated the place 4 stars coz the food is delicious (I ordered a wrap, my boys ordered burgers and chips and we all loved our orders) and plus the male staff that served us was fantastic!

The floor manager is absolutely a legend. He made my experience worth the drive. The rib with chilli baisting is to die for!

Very poor service had to ask for table to be wiped down from previous customers, then ask for serviettes etc, sad because this place was good on previous occasions. Gone down hill, on a closer look even looked dirty.

Disgustingly small portion of chips when ordering full rack of ribs ($35.90). Order was sitting on the counter waiting to be brought out to me for 5 mins. Would not recommend ordering this poor excuse of ribs.

The Ribs were delicious, cooked beautifully and just perfect. The burgers and the thick shakes are delicious too. Highly recommended.

Very nice meal. I had meatless cheese burger. My family had old school cheese burger, ribs and chips combo.
My son thinks it would be nice to have bigger serve of chips.
