Ribs & Burgers Craigieburn

I recently dined at Ribs and Burger, and while the experience had its highlights, some aspects fell short of expectations. The service, unfortunately, didn't quite meet the mark. There were delays and a lack of attentiveness, which impacted the overall dining experience.

As for the food, it was decent but didn't quite hit the mark of juiciness and tenderness, especially regarding the ribs. They were okay but lacked the melt-in-your-mouth texture I was hoping for. Additionally, considering the price, I expected a higher level of quality and flavour, particularly with the signature ribs.

Moreover, I found the limited Halal options to be a bit restricting. For those looking for Halal choices, the menu seemed a bit limited, and it would be great to see more variety and options available to cater to a wider range of preferences.

Despite these drawbacks, the ambience and atmosphere were pleasant, adding a comfortable vibe to the dining experience.

Overall, while Ribs and Burger has some room for improvement, particularly in service efficiency, and enhancing the tenderness of their signature ribs, it's a decent spot for a meal. Expanding its Halal options would make it a more inclusive and inviting destination for a wider range of diners.

Tried the chicken wrap and that was particularly delicious a balanced meal with a lot of vegetables in it

Had the flame grilled burger and pork ribs. Feels American I must say. Burger was juicy and the ribs were great as well. Enjoyed our lunch here.

The pork was great but the beef wasn't
When I asked the staff about my food and requested the manger
The manger came after a min despite she was on her brake, she apologised and she was super nice she gave me another set of ribs and they were great

I haven’t been here in a number of years and have noticed a drop in quality in a recent visit.

Burgers are on the smaller side, and are a tasty home cooked vibe (not smash patty for example). The pork ribs were enjoyable also, very tender however the marinade was quite sweet.

Expect to pay $15-$20 per burger, and $6-$12 for fries - quite expensive for a full meal once you add sauce and a drink (ketchup/bbq sauce for the table no longer offered).

The staff were very friendly and the food came out quickly.

I bought a lamb wrap on the 8th September. As I was eating it I almost smashed a tooth. On inspection I checked what was in my mouth and it turned out to be a bone fragment the size of a pebble. I called them back and told them that I wasn’t after a refund or replacement but that they should be careful going forward. The manager refused to accept the fact and said that it was a mustard seed that almost smashed my teeth. Really? As a manager you should own your mistake and treat your customers with utmost respect. I was a regular customer but will not go there ever again due to their failure to admit their error. Poor form

Never understood the appeal of ribs until I tried some here. Alternatively try one of the burgers with a milk shake for an authentic 70s American diner experience.

Had a nice meal out, was a little on the higher price but the meal was worth it.
Had good kids options. Didn't wait for a seat. Were good with my service dog.

The worst customer service ever the girl that served us was so awfully I wont be coming back ever again untill she is not working there anymore and will be warning everyone about this experience I had.and takes a lot for me to put a bad review

Service was good. Food was great. Had a couple of issues ordering on there online table service

Got my self some delicious ribs chips and the pork ribs where on point. Can be softer but like it will do. It's not like it's hurricanes

Got a burger from there today I have food poisoning and so does my girlfriend I cannot stop spewing up from both ends I would avoid this place

Food isn't the same as it was two years ago, the salads aren't as fresh anymore, for the price I'll keep on walking

I decided to treat my sons to a rare treat, and we weren't disappointed. Amazing customer service and delicious foods and yummy drinks. Thank you, we left with full tummies.

Not bad burgers for the price, bit expensive. Has got gluten free options and the staff are lovely.

Was at Ribs and Burgers Craigieburn tonight and was served by Rose. Have nothing but good things to say about the food, and the service we received from Rose was first class. She was extremely nice to talk to and gave us very prompt friendly service with a smile checking on us to see that we were happy with everything. We were very impressed with the food and the high standard of service that Rose gave us and would highly recommend Ribs and Burgers Craigieburn, we will definitely be returning

Definitely one of the best places around craigieburn. Not to mention the brilliant customer service by the manager, Roze and Praveen! Love it!

The staff were lovely but the ribs were only fat and if your paying $30 for ribs I would hope there would be adlest some meat on them, over all a bit to pricey for what it is.

Was good service and warm greets delivered from the friendly staff. We enjoyed the food was cooked well.
