Rhumbas reviews
58Popped in for a coffee. Quite impressed. Coffee was perfect and the staff were friendly and had energy. Well done guys.
Brought a chicken snitzel focaccia and they heated it up only to give it to some other waiting customer.had to wait for another to be made.not happy and not even an apology until after I recieved it.should've asked for my money back.
Overcooked toasty, extremely hot hot chocolate - burnt my mouth. I had to ask for my hot chocolate since they didn’t make it.
Roast beef roll $15: 90
with lettuce and gravy
No lettuce, roll not fresh
One bitten
The vegetarian zatar, besides the ridiculously exuberant price, lacked flavor entirely. Very disappointed.
Ordered a vegeterian wrap. Very poor quality. The veggies used in the wrap must have been a week old. The lettuce in the wrap was literally rotten leaves. Should have taken a photo to upload here. Hiding old veggies in wrap. Never again.
Fantastic service. A great range of food that was all on point. Fair prices compared to most of the restaurants at Crown Casino too. Highly recommend them.
Services: Rude and unprofessional staff.
Product: Lamb Souvlaki full of fat and nerves.
Conclusion: Will never come back.
Brought $18 roast pork takeaway and lady called "liddle", said simply, NO! As I nicely asked for bit more because my parcel was three quarters full, this rude lady should not be front of shop! Would say that I walked away with $9 of food, thanks RHUMBAS!
Came here on morning for breakfast, ordered the scrambled eggs with toast. When it came the lady shouted at us, even though we were sitting less than 10 feet away. The lady who served us with black hair was very in professional and rude as we approached the counter there was no communication of how we were or how our morning is going. It was simply rude and did- tasteful. When it came the eggs looked and tasted as if they were pre - cooked, te presentation looked like a two earlier old just dumped a plate of eggs ofln a plate and called it a meal, there was nonseasoning or passion had gone into the cooking.they had no seasoning what so ever. The whole meal for two people coasted $45, rip off for food. Avoid m this place not worth the money you would be better than off at a local cafe that actually serves good food.
The smoothie taste awful, we purchase small size and got charged at regular size price, the service is terrible,
A parma and chips was 12 dollars but I was a bit short so she kindly offered it to me for 11 dollars. Great flavoured, crunchy chips but the parma was a tad disappointing. 3/5 would recommend
Should have read the reviews before going. The pros - close to the Yarra river and it was quick to get my food. The cons, the flatbread sandwich was dry and tasteless. As I was waiting for it to be heated up, looking at other sandwiches on display they looked old, with wilted spinach, so fingers crossed I won't get food poisoning. Service was mixed, one friendly person and another disinterested. Try somewhere else
Roast pork. Cold vegetables. Plastic knife and fork. Very fatty pork poorly sliced. Disappointing. Had to complain. They gave me a refund.
Was there on Monday night, worst customer service by the guy working at counter. Looked like he wanted to kill someone and I felt it very rude that he gave me the docket for my order and didn’t even look at me. I work in a cafe as well so I know even if you are tired or whatever, you can smile in front of your customers but he was the most rude one I’ve experienced in entire Melbourne. I had chicken zataar and the food was average not that good even though I was extremely hungry. Should have seen reviews before going.
Closes earlier then it states. I was there 1.30 and they were closed not taking orders. False advertising.
Ok food but after seeing the young guy cutting up Cos lettuce, lick his fingers then continue to cut up the Cos lettuce with out washing his hands, probably should have eaten else where
Ordered a fresh coconut and staff opened a small hole in the top just enough for the straw. We asked for a bigger opening cut so we could use a spoon to get the coconut flesh. Staff said we should finish the drink so they can cut coconut into half? ! We have had many fresh coconuts and thats not the way to serve it. Our coconut ended up in a mess as they tried chopping bits off the top, with husk falling into the water. Pls train your staff the right way to serve fresh coconuts or offer packaged coconut water instead.
Average over priced food. Ordered a yoghurt bowel had about a tablespoon of yoghurt. The yoghurt was only on the top of the bowl camouflaging the chunky bits of cheap melon they used to bulk up the dish. The muesli on top was also stale.
Would prefer less than 1 if possible, rudest possible customer service at the food service counter!
