Rhumbas reviews
58We had a fried chicken burger today and it was the worst burger of my life as chicken was over fried as patty was not juicy at all and chicken so chewy and it was a dry burger even fries served with them were so bad and over fried and i suggest to not order this worst burger
I ordered a very delicious crispy roast pork and Taco lasagna. The crispy pork is the best we have ever eaten so far. When the service staff cuts it, you can hear a loud crisping sound, which makes us involuntarily scream. Praise and cheers, all the side dishes are roasted vegetables, and the portions are generous, especially the soft potatoes, which are topped with a generous amount of stew sauce. You will have endless aftertaste after one bite. It is highly recommended that you make a special trip to taste it.
They sell some decent roast and veges here - few different meat cuts including chicken Maryland and pork. There's also options like sandwiches, burgers, salads (greens or fruit) croissants, muffins, juices. As it's part of the crown, you can also accumulate crown points when making a purchase here, or use crown points to redeem food for free here should you already have enough points. It's part of a food court so public toilets available closeby. Friendly staff.
Ordered a post roast meal with M. B. B smoothie with the total being $30 ($20 for roast and $10 for smoothie), pricey but expected in these areas.
Roast was fresh and had a good variety of vegetables in the mix also. Smoothie was delicious!
Staff efficient and friendly also, recommend this place.
The roast meat roll was missing something…. The meat! Oh wait, there it is. One slice on a roll you charge $15.90 for. You guys need to take a look at yourself. Definitely won’t be going back.
Ordered an açai bowl here and was so disappointed with what I got. It was liquidy which resembled a smoothie drink, not a creamy consistency. Toppings were a big let down: granola mix was hard as rock with Bega’s PB (low quality). For the price you’re paying, you can definitely get better açai bowls somewhere else. Additionally, the server was rude… When I asked about the toppings, she pointed at the menu sign and said “There? Are you allergic to something? ” The whole bowl was a sloppy mess. Only edible things were the fruits on top, had to bin the rest sadly.
This was the best meat I have ever tasted! I got the pork crackle and it was cooked to perfection. The meat was so tender you didn’t even need a knife to cut it and the crackle was as crunchy as could be. I would definitely recommend!
Worst food
Reheated chips
I have returned the chips and the staff mixed it with other food in the counter.
This is the second time I have been served by the same drink man who did not listen two my request and completely mucked two drinks up I challenged the mistake no help just that is what I got - never again - I tried to give them a chance still poor poor poor customer service will never go back I did not and could not drink it
No muffins left for eggs, that's fine.replace with turkish bread, fine. But with plastic cutlery.very hard to use, refused to give me a proper knife. So you are paying premium brekky prices for Maccas service. Go elsewhere.
The staff were friendly but it’s far too pricey for what you get. Not to mention today was a Sunday and I was charged a 10% public holiday surcharge, when they are always open on Sundays and the public holiday is actually tomorrow. Ridiculous. The panini was not worth the $17 at all. I would avoid and go elsewhere.
Terrible rude staff, that swore at me when I asked for a couple of pieces of broccoli that were meant to be there and were not served. Was not worth it roast beef and vegetables were mushy like a disgusting school dinner. The owner/manager Teresa was defensive and unhelpful, lying that she would have a word with her staff, when she was definitely not going to. She also falsely accused me of going there earlier in the week and making the same complaint. Anyone going here once would never go again. Deserves 0 stars. Avoid this place like the plague.
Pricey but I love the salads and was satisfied with my cravings for something fresh that time. Roast pork and sides were so so.wasn’t that much interesting in terms of taste and was bit oily. Serving portions that time was good.
The food was nice but the service was a bit poor. I wanted a chicken skewer in a plain bread roll. I saw a pile of bread rolls in the corner. They said we can't do that. I almost had to argue. I said I will buy a skewer and let me pay extra separately for a plain bread roll. They eventually did it for me. Seriously how hard can it be to ask to buy a plain bread roll even if this is not normally what they sell. Yes I will pay extra. Don't they want my money? I really didn't think this was so much to ask for.
Can't call sisig is like onion sisig, why budgeting the real meat for sisig if the costomer can pay right the price ur menu? There's no taste.is fake menu.is not real pilipino food.in philipines is better food.
Rip off, food average and rude blond lady with bowl cut. Never again.don't waste your money or time
Rhumbas at CROWN was good on 19/02/2022. The chicken foccacia and fresh steak sandwich were delicious and cooked as requested. The staff did care about us and were polite while speaking to me
Ordered some roast pork rolls and asked for onion, Immediately the blonde lady shut me off and said ‘NO, we are not a sandwich bar’
Well you sell sandwiches in the window so YES you are a sandwich bar/cafe. Rude service on her behalf.
The rolls were $18 EACH, for that price you’d think you could add any topping to your liking right? WRONG.
Foods alright, large variety to choose from and prices a little dear (not surprising for crown) but I do think they should take a step back and reflect on their attitude towards customers, these are people paying your bills and rent at the end of the day - a little common decency or smile goes a long way. We could’ve avoided this negative review if you had just done your job right.
I hope they do change and succeed.
Ordered a roast roll with gravy, firstly we asked for onions the rude lady just says NO we are not a sandwich bar, secondly there was barely any gravy on the roll so I went to ask for more and she said that will be extra before putting it on
Next time you guys should just listen to the customer and maybe smile next time especially if your selling rolls at $18.
Unfortunately had very bad customer service and management. It was 12pm and was told I couldn't order from the lunch menu and it took a very long time for them to sort this out. Was fine with ordering something from the breakfast menu but the food was very overpriced for something so small and not tasty. I do not recommend.
