Sarah is a very important human and I am so glad I meet her many moons ago. Sarah is gentle, present, kind, caring, thoughtful, sincere, nurturing and really hears you and your soul's calling. Sarah is a master in her field of Reiki and her healing abilities through treatment is from a person centered, compassionate holding space place. I couldn't recommend her highly enough. After receiving Reiki I was really curious to learn more about it. I spent weeks googling different places I could complete my Reiki Level One Course and thats where I came across Sarah's website Restore Naturally. I was really nervous to enrol as I wasn't sure what to expect but I was so glad I made the decision to enrol and complete my Level One with Sarah. Sarah is a welcoming, warm, gentle and kind hearted person whose approach to teaching Reiki is really supportive. The two day Level One Reiki course has changed me as an individual. I feel lighter, calm and happy and I'm really excited to continue my Reiki journey. After completing Reiki Level One Sarah provides you with a 21 day e course which supports and enhances your Reiki Practice. I'm really enjoying Sarah's daily emails and incorporating these into my daily routine. I would highly recommend enrolling into Sarah's Reiki Course. It doesn't matter if you have had Reiki before or if you know nothing about it. Sarah guides you through each day and creates an environment where you feel comfortable to ask any questions and to be yourself. I'm incredibly grateful for Sarah teaching me Reiki Level One. I had such special weekend meeting likeminded individuals. This experience is something I will cherish forever. Thank you Sarah:)

Sarah has really helped me with my sleep, I'm now getting at least 6 to 7 hours sleep a night, whereas before I was just getting 3 to 4 hours, I'm also not as irritable as I used to be because of the extra sleep I'm getting.

I just wanted to say again Sarah thank you, I thoroughly loved Reiki 1. I had so many new insights and clarity brought to me over this time, and I now know this was Reiki and your teachings. I wanted to share, I have realised my positive energy and intuition had been closed, from studying for 4 years. Through opening my mind to the Reiki experience my intuition has resurfaced, and now able to see things through a new lens. Looking forward to attending Reiki 2 and exploring further.

I have had a number of remote Reiki sessions with Sarah over the COVID lockdown. Initially I was a little reserved about how well a remote Reiki session would work but each and every time I have felt an immediate an ongoing benefit. I would highly recommend if it is difficult in anyway to attend a session in person. I look forward to a combined Shiatsu/Reiki session with Sarah very soon.
