I have been receiving Reiki treatments from Sarah for several years now. She is incredibly gentle and has always had a beautiful way of making me feel welcome and heard from the minute I walk through the door. These sessions have helped me greatly through some challenging times in my life, and I always leave feeling lighter and brighter and much more regulated in my body. Sarah is person centred, compassionate and highly trained. These sessions have helped support me immensely and I really notice the positive impact they have in my broader life.

Sarah is the most kind and open-hearted Reiki teacher. I felt at home during her course, even though I had just met her and was among strangers. I signed up and did the Level 1 reiki course with Sarah and it was such a wonderful weekend experiencing what reiki can do for you and others. I loved that she wasted no time in getting the students to dive in and start practicing. Everyone supported one another and shared their reiki experience after each practice. I've already made some amazing friends through this course that share likeminded ideas and are open to the energy of reiki.

I have signed up for Level 2 as Sarah is a great, calming and patient teacher. I feel that I will learn so much more as the levels continue and I cannot wait to put my reiki teachings to good use!

I started to receive Reiki from Sarah in 2013 when I was at my lowest point, suffering from anxiety, panic attacks and suffering depression. Within weeks I started to feel 'normal' again and I couldn't believe how this energy healing could heal me. It was then that I decided to complete my Level 1 and then Level 2 in Reiki with Sarah. Doing my level 2 Reiki made me feel more connected. After experiencing a beautiful Reiki treatment with Sarah (which I can only recommend) my mind was made up quickly to enrol in a Reiki I Level Course with her as I was so impressed by her gentle, calm and supportive manner.
