The food was great, even take away is still good. Staff are friendly and polite. Hand down the best customer service so far.

Best Vietnamese hands down! We travel from Langwarrin almost every week (if not, every fortnight) as a big family get together.
Highly recommend this joint, friendly family operated business. Top picks: spring rolls, sweet n sour pork, lemongrass and chilli chicken, salt and pepper chicken ribs, diced beef and noodles. Drool!

Thai and his family are authentic and love serving their customers. This is our go to for springvale and when Tharn Dat closed a few years back my family were so happy to find restaurant 323!

Great to be back dining at 323. Love the atmosphere, always happy when we come in and so welcoming. Family friendly and family owned. Food is immaculate and we recommend the Porky Balls. Best ones around. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon.

Food was undercooked and dry, sauce was disgusting.
When i tried to get my refund for the inedible "food" if you'd call it that, they said no because "they've never had a complaint before" "and there food is the best". While in reality the food taste like its been in a freezer for the past month than heated up a tiny bit as it arrived cold. I can not describe the level of arrogents they showed when i tried to complain. Just don't get from here they're vaine people and the food is absolutely horrible.

If you want solid food, come here. But don't expect easy resolution to problems. I wish this restaurant well. But it's not worth it to me to deal with them any longer.

Lovely ppl here. Honest hard-working ppl. I haven't seen dishes less than $10 since 2010 and this place kept their price so low. Not super high quality food but really decent for the value.

I love this place, the owners are so nice and friendly, there food is amazingly fresh, and full of flavor. I travel 30 mins at least twice a week. Try it, you will love their food! Try the flounder!

Great service with the friendly wait staff, great food all the time. Dont have to say much abt delicious Viet cuisine as it speaks for itself. Tadsty pho and rice dishes. Cant wait to come back and eat in after lockdown ends.

Absolutely amazing food! Tender beef cubes, chicken ribs super flavorful and not oily, beautiful garlic broccoli and really good tomato rice! Our new favorite restaurant that delivers to us during lockdown!

Very disappointing experience. Ordered through UberEats and waited 1.5hrs for a luke warm no flavor meal. Won't be ordering again, expected more from the recommendations.

The chilli lemongrass chicken on rice was good lunch treat. Their in house chili oil was tasty too.

Have been to 323 several times for Pho" & also ordered home delivery several times.not only is the food excellent, it is consistently excellent. The produce is always fresh, the dishes all full of flavor & cooked to perfection & the service is always friendly of an exceptional standard & with a smile.
It is obvious they take much pride in their products, & with an average price of $20 - $30 per person.you will be satisfied & full as a boot.
Restaurant 323 will not disappoint. Highly recommended.

I love how they give their seafood fried rice in a nice cute paper container that I can just microwave and use. Earlier they had the metal handle that you couldn't use Ina microwave but now they switched to plastic that can be compatible with microwave.

Not many Asian restaurants have the level of creativity in their noodle options. One can choose the toppings and the type of noodles and they cook it the way you want. I wanted less salt and oil and they ensured those instructions were followed. The staff is also very courteous and also gave extra chili oil for free and that is something many restaurants skimp on.
