Restaurant 323

We just threw the food in the bin. Unfortunately the satay chicken noodles have no flavour at all, I couldn't eat them it was so bland. My partner ordered the hokkien mee and it smells and nasty and something is weird.
Even though the staff were nice and patient, it was weird having to pay via bank transfer or pay ID when they didn't mention over the phone when I ordered that it was cash only. Very frustrating experience and a waste of time and money.

No idea why this place has any good reviews. The hokkien mee was completely unedible, actually made me feel sick, had no flavour and had to throw out.

I understand it's cheap but at any price point what I bought was disgusting and should not be sold. Anyone with an IQ above 40 could buy a packet sauce and some hokkien noodles from woolies down the road that would taste better.

From a restaurant the standard should be higher, don't waste your money. Whoever the chef is does not give a single care if you enjoy the food, no self respecting chef would plate the garbage I received.

They are also cash only, so already dodgy.

The regular size pho is $13, and the up size is $5 extra. They didn't give me a price guide. And they asked me to pay cash only. This place is horrible. Please be aware of these factors.

Waitress took wrong order - I asked for vegetarian fried rice and got a meat+ prawn one instead. Fried rice was dry and bland I can make better at home. Not enough oil, onions and spring onions as what it makes fried rice really nice.

Lunch in Sprigvale gave me the opportunity to eat this place. Start was chicken ribs - top dish. Just fried to perfection, the crunch is just right. For the mains we had beef with black beans - just sweet enough so could eat it without the rice. The other main was rockling in sauce with vegetables. Finished it with a nice pho with seafood. Good service good chat and water on the table as needed. Finished it off with a late- it was drinkable.the whole lot was $98. So good portion to value. Recommend.

Stir fry beef noodles is super delicious. Pho is amazing as well! Good portion. Good price and friendly boss

The food is always lovely & fresh. There is plenty of choice on the menu & the staff are very friendly. We've been eating at 323 for many years with friends & family & have never been disappointed. The service is excellent.

One of if not the best pho/bun bo hue place in springvale! The depth of flavour was amazing and the price was very competitive within the area. Highly recommend, our new go to restaurant!

Had Chicken laksa but was not satisfied with the laksa. One of the best laksa i had was in boxhill station. So i expected it to be similar but was disappointed.

I want to leave a great review as the food was tasty. We ordered through Ubereats and one item was incorrect we had paid for a main diced beef and got the rice and beef cheaper version instead and though disappointed and would expect a refund for the amount over the charge of what we got. Ubereats refunded the total amount which we find quite unfair as the rest of the order was great. We will be there soon to eat in and give back support for this restaurant.

323 is all what a Asian restaurant should be. Fresh vegetables meat well cooked. Friendly service

It’s a hidden gem which is now my Vietnamese restaurant I go to. The staff are so nice and the boss is funny! ️

My second time ordering salt and pepper chicken ribs with large rice + mango smoothie. I also added special instructions to add extra onions for me and they did. 5/5
Tom yum soup - They served tom yum soup very different from what I know tom yum soup to be. The description didn't mention either that it will be with noodles and seafood. I didn't enjoy it very much though, as I was expecting just soup with veggies and mushroom. 2/5

Worst combination fried noodles i have ever had, smells off. The beef and blackbean noodles hardly had any beef in it. Very disappointed

Apart from the fantastic, authentic and fresh food that Restaurant 323 make, the staff are truly one of a kind. My grandmother ordered from them every week for years, and recently moved into aged care. One of their beautiful employees made the effort to get in touch as they had not heard from her for a delivery in some time and they wanted to check she was okay. This type of service is one in a million and they absolutely deserve more stars than I can even give! Thank you team at 323, you are all amazing <3 #supportlocal

Loving the fine crispy noodles which are airy and remain crispy throughout the meal. A generous of meats and veggies with a rich sauce.

The pho comes with lightly cooked meats which work well for when the soup is poured on top on the noodles and meat.

Perfect for take away and friendly staff

Ordered the Thai seafood fried rice without egg (egg allergy). They were very accommodating re no egg but while the menu stated it was also supposed to have squid, prawns, fish cake. It had squid and seafood extender. When I rang them they said it has everything and when I again said it didn’t they said they’d give me some next time. Why would there be a next time. They couldn’t understand that and rudely said goodbye
