Absolutely cannot thank the guys enough. Got me out of a severe bind when my battery decided to bite the dust. Late at night I was getting online chat responses. I booked in my battery replacement on the Monday, I had my part available in my nearest Carnegie REpair Mate on the Tuesday. I brought in my phone at 4pm and I was up and running again at 5: 30pm.

Quick, professional, explained everything and were really responsive. Thanks again for turning it around so quickly - all my work stuff is tied to this phone so I needed it up and running urgently.

Very professional, cost effective and very friendly! Great team and fair prices. The team helped me with a broken phone screen and some software items. The team stayed back after hours to help - very much appreciated!

My Microsoft Surface Book 2 had a major problem, mainly due to my own stupidity. Almost NO computer repairer will touch these, because they are quite difficult to even get apart. Even Micro$oft will usually simply replace them, which could range loss of all data! Fortunately, I found Kal and Sundar, who not only repaired my laptop (service with a smile), but were totally professional and pleasant about it
And the invoice was reasonable. Thank you, guys!

Today visited for my s9+ speaker, I received excellent service here. Great quality of the part and their professionalism.

I am so thrilled with the team at Repair Mate Carnegie, particularly Kal who was professional and went the extra mile - even on what I could tell was quite a busy day. An iPhone 7 screen repair and Audio IC chip fixed in no time. I highly recommend, and as a first time client I will be back.

Not a great experience from this shop.
The guy was on the phone while replacing my screen protector. It took ages to change just one screen protector lol and there were bubbles. He charged me full price and suggested me come back later. But he said you should come early because we ordered just one. Lol I haven't enough time to visit again but anyway what a good service.

I got my screen replaced in august 2020 was good for the first few weeks then started having problems where the screen would turn pink and different shades of blue and sometime the screen wouldn’t turn on, I’d have these problems just about every week paid $460 for the screen replacement then I woke up this morning to my phone wouldn’t turn on for hours of trying had to take it to Apple and pay another $519 to fix what damages they had done to my phone, I will never be coming back and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who wants there phone fixed (mum got the price wrong $460 still not happy that it didnt work, i didnt want to come back to get it fixed because i dont have time to drive all the way other there to most likey have the same problems when i could just get it fix by the actual provider least its the real screen not some fake one)

Had a problem with my phone not charging. Every where else I tried was 1/3 dearer and had to wait for parts. Not only did they have the part but the phone was repaired in less than 1 hour. Highly recommend for phone repairs 5 stars.

I had a Surface Pro 6 screen replaced at the Carnegie store, within 1 week the glass surface started to peel away from the LCD underneath on multiple sides, like an egg shell.

I returned it immediately, they said it must have been dropped even though there was no damage to the chassis and no shatter marks etc.which adheres to their warranty policy.

They refused to replace the faulty screen at a glance, and no contact with management as promised to dispute - DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.

Above and beyond service from the team. Kal was incredibly thorough in getting to the bottom of an issue with my phone. Highly recommend.

Kal was really helpful. Due to COVID times couldn't go back but he attended me and didn't charge one bit. Really professional.

The stuff was super helpful and throught out theu guided me with every step of the device.and since they were busy the entire time since manage to give m phone back 100% repaid the same day, thanks to the team, much appriciated.

Get Connected Prompt, Friendly and Affordable. I had an iPhone hardware issue. Kal fixed it in less than an hour, without deleting or affecting my personal data. All repairs are recorded to ensure privacy is protected.

Had great service today, fixed my problem and explained what he did and how to prevent the same problem occurring again. Was not only efficient and effective, but friendly, which made all the difference!

I had a new tempered glass for my phone which I had not bought from Repair mate. I asked if they could change my phone's old tempered glass for the new one (knowing that some places don't provide this service if the product has not been purchased from them, still tried my luck at this shop). Not only did they change it for me but did it free of cost. I was surprised by how kind the staff was, where he could have probably charged for his service, but chose not to:).
