Fantastic service. Dropped my phone in for a smashed screen and they were able to fit me in at the last minute just before they closed. I came back 10 mins later and they said the screen was actually OK with just a non-visible hairline crack and it was the screen protector that was broken. Seriously it looked and felt like the whole screen was gone. So they saved me a load of money and gave fantastic service.

Needed my mobile phone charging port replaced and took it to them. The guy quoted me about $220. Ended getting it fixed elsewhere for nearly a third of this price. ***got it fixed locally for $85. Now works perfectly **

Thank you so much for a great piece of information. I had my daughter's three year old Surface laptop that had no wifi connection, it means she could not use internet at all at school. I had no idea what to do but buying a new laptop.
After spending some time to diagnose the problem. I was told the problem is in the computer hardware. The repair mate did not charge me for their time but best of all they gave me a bright idea to have internet connection using a wifi adaptor which is relatively very cheap.
These guys are honest, and they find a solution for any issues you may have. They are the best people in Melbourne for your electronic device. I was and You are in good hands. Thank you for your help

Phone was taken in for a screen replacement, intially all seem well. However, after a while the glue can loose and screen came loose. When attempting to speak with customer representative was pretty much told to go away and glue it myself and that their warranty only covers 90 days. Poor quality of work and terrible customer service. Do your self a favor and find another someone else.

Unfortunately I'm unable to respond to your reply, therefore I've had to edit my post. As stated too you customer service representative the "physical damage" your claiming was the reasons I had the screen replaced in the first place top right of the phone. The screen came apart from the bottom left of the phone. I'm happy upload images to prove you wrong.

How about instead of constantly deflecting responsible, for once taken ownership.

I still stand by my original review if your looking for long term repair don't bother with these guys.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Awesome, friendly, honest and quick service. He told me it was going to be one price to replace my cracked iPad screen, and double the price if the display had to also be replaced. I told him to do whatever was necessary. After saying that, I thought he’d charge the higher price but he charged the cheaper price, and gave me a discount on a couple of other things I bought.
I walked past before I picked my iPad up and saw him helping a little old lady with her phone, I arrived back 10 minutes later and she was thanking him profusely and he told her there was no charge.

Fixed my phone screen a while back (Iphone X). Fairly priced, fast and convenient. I got to go for lunch while I waited.

Great Service. Really wants to help the customer. Could have charged an extra 300 and lied, but was honest and cheap. Recommended massively. Phone repaired in just an hour.
