I cannot speak highly enough of Rentokil's technicians. We have had two fantastic ones, with Wilfrid B being our current person. He is extremely helpful, positive and professional. I will admit that we've had some issues with communications from head office, so if Rentokil can raise that level of customer service to what we receive from Wilfrid, it would be an amazing company.

I received the best service with Rentokil pest control, they assisted me with all my enquiries and there pricing was affordable. Wilfrid & Linda were the two that helped me process and finalise a perfect day for my service to be completed. I highly recommend this company to people who are looking for any sort of Pest Control to enquire as there service was very helpful, caring and efficient.

Called to get a dead possum removed and was told they won’t access roofs. Would have thought that would be a fairly common request for pest removal. Got far better service elsewhere.

Called for a quote on crickets and another pest. She said we don't do crickets and hung up before I could even tell her about the other problem.

After signing a work agreement with a salesman we had a technician come out and treat our house as we had a termite problem. He was very professional and prompt. Our work agreement stated we would then receive a 20 page report detailing the technicians findings and recommendations. I received the report yesterday 7 weeks after the technicians visit and I only got it because I rang the salesman many times chasing it. Not good enough for a service which costs a couple of thousand dollars.

Called company to get rid of small carpet moths 12 months ago and we happy with the result. We noticed a few moths again in September this year so we called the company again. The came out and we paid approx $300 for this service. A few weeks later the moths started to come out again. I called them to alert them that the moths are still flying around. They said they would get back to us but they did not. I called again and they said that job is not guaranteed. They said we need to book another treatment (within a few weeks of the last treatment) costing another $300. Interested in collecting fees rather than providing the service. So In essence we should live with the bugs. I was not happy with the service the second time around. They sprayed my tiles downstairs which left streaks and made the floors really sticky.

They nearly ran over a cyclist in kew and then abused the poor bloke. If they treat members of the public like this I can only imagine what they are like to their customers

Normally very happy with this company, but this time not so much, asked for payment before doing any work. Then looked around the yard to put bait out in open even though we have a child and several pets. Previous technicians put bait under house and deck, when husband said no, just put it under house and deck, was happy to do so.

Not a good experience service seems to be deteriorating, had to get them out twice (second time with much difficulty) but still have spiders and cockroaches. Also never get back to you when they say they do. Will go with someone else.

(2 weeks later) Since my case was escalated to customer service team, the matter was dealt with efficiently and appropriately. So far so good, happy with outcome.

After ringing 4 times over a 3 week period, asking to be contacted for a quote to remove termites, No contact made by RENTOKILL. I rang 1300 307 810 and left a message. Good way to run a business, I don't think.
