I had the misfortune to have a flat tyre in Rippleside and a Rentokil employer volunteered his time unasked to help me change the tyre. I was a bit flustered and unfortunately I did not grab his name to thank him but was very grateful for his help. Reflects on him as a decent human being which seems to be a rarity these days. He is an asset to Rentokil. Thank you

At 1: 17pm on 16/08/2022, a Rentokil employee named Patrick rear ended my friends car with his work vehicle registered 1EG 7ZH.

Patrick himself only supplied her with his personal phone number and his first name. Patrick has been ignoring her calls, texts and voicemails for weeks on end now.

She has contacted Rentokil directly. Rentokil at first told her there was nothing they could do as there was no proof unless their employee logs an accident. They only offered to pass it on to management after she let them know that the whole thing is recorded on a rear dashcam.

It is now 01/09/2022 and neither party has contacted my friend to give their insurance info. She is driving around in a car damaged by Rentokil. It needs to be repaired.
