Paul and the team at Remy are absolutely amazing! I have been dining at Remy for around 7 years and every time I eat here, the food, ambience and service brings me back. Paul is personable, extremely hospitable and we have gained a lovely friendship over the years. My husband and I love Remy so much that we decided to have our wedding celebration at the restaurant. Paul was attentive to our needs and he created the perfect setting. The head chef and the team delivered an incredible menu - everyone LOVED the food! We can’t wait to visit Paul and the team at Remy after our honeymoon for another great feed - we are craving the food! Thanks for everything Paul!

Dining in: Authentic, Honest and vibrant. Every time I bring the family here we are met with joy and great food. Fridays and saturdays boast a Spanish guitarist. Great selection of Spanish beers and reds.

Takeaway: Paul and the team are amazing. Whenever we have family events we get catering of huuuuge Spanish paella delivered to us (we live in Malvern and they feed approx 20 people). Paul drives it himself. Goes the extra mile to make it fit with his busy timetable. The food is always exceptional. A easy and great option for catering.

Recently had a bunch of doctors over for an outdoor event. Everyone is raving about how amazing the paella was! Talk of the department.

Had a nice meal once here, but I ordered two paellas, one large and one small. They came out the same size despite costing at least 30 dollars in difference. But worse of all, the place was busy and clearly, the paella was frozen and more of a risotto consistency, no soccarat.

Made a booking for anniversary lunch. Confirmed Booking. Turned up and the restaurant was closed. No notification regarding cancellation of booking.

So sorry to say that our first experience of Remy was terrible. We were really looking forward to our visit however the service was so unbelievably disorganised and slow that we had to go. Drinks orders forgotten twice, 30 minutes wait between each 3 piece tapas plate - and we’re talking at 6.30pm on a Monday night. If you can’t have more staff on hand, don’t accept a full restaurant. It is not fair on staff or patrons.

Food was delicious and service was high quality. Had a mixture of the tapas and also the paella.

The food was great as usual. However, it was so busy, probably due to Christmas celebrations, that it was impossible to have a conversation and our meal took ages.

Besides some opening hiccups this place was amazing. Will be going back to order everything else! Drinks were just fantastic. Great value for money also.

From the outside this restaurant looks both charming and inviting, so I had hopeful expectations.
Unfortunately our dining experience by the end was very deflating.
Normally I’m one to finish the meal. But due to embarrassment of poor service. I thought it appropriate to leave, before our dessert menu was shown.
The only highlight was an empathic smile from one of the waitresses.

Food and service were amazing. We had a selection of tapas and two types of paella. Absolutely delicious. Wait staff anticipated our needs and wer efficient and friendly. Highly recommend.

We had a great time there! The atmosphere was nice, the service was great, the food was tasty and reasonably priced. The decoration of the restaurant is beautiful.

First time visit but definitely not the last! A great menu with lots of options covering meat, vegetable and seafood options - and the dessert was delicious. Service was personal, quick and efficient even when the restaurant was packed to the rafters! Thoroughly recommend this restaurant and can't wait to get back to try more of the delicious food!

The live music just brought the atmosphere to life, just absolutely incredible.
My husband and I just stumbled upon this place and the friendly staff is what brought us in, however the food was immaculate. It has been a long time since I last enjoyed a Garlic Prawns dish, my husband had the lamb and approved with a double thumbs up.
10/10 will return.

The food was great but we were let down by the service. Each dish we ordered was amazing, but service was slow, inattentive and almost disinterested. The staff seemed to be mainly interested in having a chat among themselves. We asked for the food menu half way through our meal and it took over 10 mins and a reminder to arrive, much more for a glass of wine which was poured and set on the bar counter, the staff being too engrossed in their conversation to bring it to our table, asked for a water refill which never came till the end. We went on a Saturday afternoon for lunch, would be interesting to see how it would be on a Friday or Saturday night - we got the impression that it would be much busier then. Would love to go back just for the food, hopefully will have a better experience with service then!

A quick dinner was on our horizon tonight & we were pleasantly greeted by good food & great atmosphere.

Went last Sat night - had a booking for 8pm- 6 people- which we had made some time ago. When we arrived at 8pm, there was a huge queue at the door as the first sitting for dinner had not finished and all the 8pm patrons were left standing at the door waiting! We waited 45 mins for our table. Had we been told it would be such a long wait, we would have gone elsewhere but the Manager would come up to us and say "the patrons at your table are nearly finished", "they are leaving soon" etc etc which was annoying as I would have preferred the truth. By the time we were seated at 8.45pm, it took at least another 15 mins before we got menus (we had to ask as no one was coming to our table)! Service was scarce but the waiters were pleasant when they came to our table. Food was average - not the usual quality that I have had before at Remy. Overall wont be rushing back here for a while.

Overall - Great food with friendly service. All the dishes we ordered were winners but the garlic prawns were most memorable. I would recommend taking your friends and family here.

Highly recommend Remy, the food is outstanding, the hardest decision to make is selecting the dishes, so many to select from and they are all so good. Staff are friendly and they make such a big difference to the entire dining experience. The only negative thing that we experienced was that they forgot to serve all of our drinks and the jug of red sangria is very week, has no punch to it. Apart from this I would highly recommend this place. The music is also very good, adds to the entire experience.
