Removery Tattoo Removal & Fading

So glad I chose Removery to remove my tattoos have walked out happy with my session every time.

If you would like the most LESS effective and MOST expensive tattoo removal then you should go here. I have had tattoo removal at two different businesses, that unfortunately closed due to covid, and the other I now live to far away from, so I know the difference in effectiveness.
I could tell my tattoo wasn’t treated right from the start. The technician took several attempts to get the right setting, which I have never experienced before, and straight after I could tell it had not worked properly as there was no frosting, swelling, bleeding or not any sign of removal at all. And now, 3 months on my tattoo is still the same as before it was treated.
And the most expensive removal for a tattoo as big as a 20c coin.

Roxanne is awesome! She's been a font of knowledge from the get go and has been really helpful in getting my skin to the point where we could begin treatment (as I had previously scarring from another laser removal place). She made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole process and made the removal itself easy.

Rox was nothing but helpful in answering my multiple questions and calming any concerns I had, great customer service and looking forward to booking in for a session very soon.

I had such a great & informative experience at Recovery this morning. Brooke was absolutely lovely and went through the entire process while answering the many questions I had along the way. She managed to simplify all of it & now I’m feeling so comfortable about moving forward with the removal. Brooke also brought in another girl who was so knowledgeable and experienced to answer more health-specific questions I had. You’ll be in great hands at recovery, highly recommend.

I'm very sceptical of tattoo removalist because I've had bad experiences. I've only been to one amazing specialist but due to covid they shut down. I had seen good reviews on removery so I decided to give them ago and to my surprise, the tattoo didn't frost as well as it should of and I knew the outcome would be no results, this isnt my first time so i know what should happen and what it should look like, I'm so disappointed and have honestly lost all trust in all removalist. Unfortunately I will not come back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Sash and Roxanne were very friendly, welcoming and professional. The consultation with Sash was informative with no room for uncertainty about how the laser works, my treatment plan, the different package options and aftercare. Roxanne then explained every step of the process from cleaning the treatment area, until I got out of the chair.
Having had a laser removal treatment previously using a different laser, I can confidently say the laser at Removery is definitely less painful.

Went to the Removery last week as a walk in appointment - I was greeted by Rox at the counter who was really lovely. She did a quick check and was able to squeeze me in which was great! Had my removal consultation with Sash - she was really nice and had a great energy so I felt so comfortable with the whole process! She was very informative and answered all the questions and queries I had! Everything was very clearly explained and I was so pleased that I've booked in for removal! Overall a really good experience (compared to other tattoo removal places I've been to) and I'd highly recommend the fountain gate location - ask for Rox or Sash and you'll be set! 5/5

Jaime and Roxanne are absolute legends! Both wonderful, caring kind and awesome. Walked us through the removal process, pricing structure and the best way to go about everything!
