Can not fault the team at Removery Fountain Gate! Even though it’s painful and uncomfortable, Rox puts me at ease every single time. She makes something so unbearable, actually pleasant and I recommend anyone who doesn’t know where to start, to give Removery a call.

What a fantastic experience I had with Removery! I went into the store looking for a quote and they were able to schedule a complimentary consultation on the same day. Adding a touch of spontaneity, I signed up for the complete package to remove a tattoo. I had been thinking about this for a while, however, did not truly understand the processes involved. Roxanne was able to answer ALL my many questions, and provided top-quality customer service. She's really good at what she does! It's only been one session, but I can see some results already, and hopefully, we'll keep seeing results! I did have one minor thought, moreso it is a bit pricey, however, if you've truly thought about removing a tattoo, I'd recommend same-day consultation and treatment to get a small discount. Unsure if it's a limited time offer, but it's better than paying full price!

I had my first treatment yesterday, the staff where very welcoming. A bit more paperwork and I went in for my first treatment. There I met Roxanne, she was also friendly and knowledgeable, explaining the process fully. I felt comfortable from the start and during the process.

This was my second visit and I can't help but notice the care and attention they give me, and also I feel very comfortable and confident that I'm being treated in a very clean and safe environment. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to get a tattoo removed.

I’ve been to two of the Removery clinics now. My first session was at Moonee Ponds, the lady there was super lovely and very patient.
I now have swapped to the FG location and they are exactly the same. So lovely every time I’ve walked in and easy to chat with while I am getting it done. I’ve had three sessions in total (so far) with clear results of fading already.

Highly recommend talking to Sash, she ran me through the process in great detail and showed me exactly what I should expect. Keen to start my tattoo removal treatments!
