Great furniture and designs.if there is something you are after and they don't have it, they are willing to go out of their way to try and find it for you.

Staff are rude and required a lot of work to get assistance. Enquired about a table, which they said they would need to ask the furniture maker to answer, had to call them back a few days later for the response, of which they only answered half the questions we asked. For the prices of their tables and chairs you would expect better service. We ended up buying a table elsewhere due to this.

We ordered bar stools in August 2016, promised delivery with 3-4 weeks. We are still waiting. This is just not acceptable customer service. Stay away if you want things on time!

Very very happy with the wishbone chairs I purchased from relax house. They are perfect! I'm also so impressed with their customer service. I was updated with the status of my order and a suitable delivery date and time was arranged. Delivery was right on time and just within 3 days of clicking online! I've waited longer for a t-shirt. Product quality, price and customer service is on point plus shipping cost is so reasonable. Don't think twice about about buying from here.

Ordered stools online and they were delivered so fast! Rory was such a great help on the phone when I was organizing a time for delivery that best suited me.

I bought Johannes Andersen Allegra Premium Bar Stools.my removalist damaged The leather seat and Relax House sent me a new leather seat at NO CHARGE! They were very quick and friendly in their communication and their product is very good quality.highly recommend them.

If you're after on-time delivery, don't use this company. We purchased a table listed as 'in-stock' and were promised dispatch in 48 hours. I took a day off work to receive the goods on their expected arrival date and NINE days later. STILL WAITING!

Went in the back for a cushion for my office chair. And thought they had a really good amount of choice. Would recommend going here - if you are looking for this type of stuff i.e. Ergonomics, pillows and so on.
