Ordered a Mimi dining table a few months ago, item was in stock at the time. I was advised that delivery would cost a flat rate of $97 (regardless of the fact that my house is 5.6km from the warehouse), so I elected to pick up the item myself, hoping it would fit in my SUV. Unfortunately the item did not fit despite having to wait over a week to be able to get a booking for collection, so I then had to succumb to the $97 delivery cost. After paying the invoice for the delivery, I had to wait 48 hours before receiving a text message from a separate delivery company who offered me a delivery time an entire week after this (P. S when I went to the warehouse, there were plenty of spare delivery vans that would have easily fit my table in them - offered them $50 cash to bring it to Parkdale, but they refused). Relaxhouse staff told me that we needed a different delivery company due to the item being "bulky". Long story, short, I called the delivery company to try get it delivered sooner (as I do not have a dining table still), and I was told that the earliest would be Thursday week because they have to go to the warehouse in Cheltenham, collect the item, and then take it to their own warehouse in Campbellfield, to then bring it back to Parkdale (56km from Campbellfield, but only 5km from Cheltenham). AND I'm charged $97 for this service! I was also told by Relaxhouse that my dining table would be assembled in this service, however the transport/delivery company is saying otherwise.
Extremely frustrating experience, that my table is ready and in stock, but taking so long to be delivered 5km! AND EXPENSIVE!

Great service. I love my furniture (Kitchen Stools) and it was sturdy and looks awesome. Customer service was simply excellent - assisted in the payment process and confirmed delivery details. Item was very well packaged and arrived on time. Customer service is amazing as they do follow ups on their product and customer satisfaction. My Relax House furniture has certainly enhanced the design of our home. I love it!

More than 6 month delay on the floor rug we ordered. 3 of the 6 dining chairs had to be returned as they were faulty. No apologies or explanations from management on the delays. Called numerous times to speak to a manager but no one ever returned my call. Definitely don't recommend shopping here.

Still waiting for delivery of order made on 10 February. Very hard to get any response or action from this company.

13 days I have been waiting for my delivery.only a couple of thousand miles.where ALL the orders from the US - UK - France - South Aus have all arrived.if Reax house reviews state the delivery is WONDRFUL.be assured they wrote it themselves. The place should be called Agitation House.

We purchased 6 x Bentwood dining chairs recently and are blown away by their quality and the shipping time. We ordered on a Sunday, they were delivered by courier to the ACT by Tuesday afternoon.
Before the purchase, the chairs were left in our cart and we received a follow up email in case we had any questions. Communication about delivery was great. Will certainly come back.

Relax House have the best customer service. Our chairs once we put them together we realised they had water damage from the warehouse, and Relax House were FANTASTIC with it. Not only did they deliver new ones, but they came fully assembled and assessed for damage and are perfect. Can't recommend them more.

Great customer service, we bought some kitchen bench stools from them then realised when one was unpacked that the seat was damaged so they sent out a replacement no issues and no cost to us. Thanks again for the excellent customer service.

Awesome range and service. We had an issue with our table top, turned out they had a faulty batch. They replaced it for a new one no questions asked. We will be going back for our next furniture purchase.

Great company to deal with. I ordered some stools but wasn’t happy with the way they fit our space. Return and refund process was smooth. They were always easy to contact and ready to answer any questions. Thanks to Samantha and the other staff who assisted.
