My newly adult daughter was referred to Leah by a colleague, as my daughter was ready for her big career decision, but had no idea which direction to take. Leah was INCREDIBLE! With a combination of Myers Briggs testing and her friendly, caring and detailed personal approach, she gave my daughter all the information she needed to begin to research her new career. Leah helped her understand her value system, her areas of passion, her personality and suggested industries and jobs to look out for. Within a few weeks, my daughter had done all her research and discovered a traineeship in an industry we'd never even heard of until Leah pointed it out (which is PERFECTLY suited to my gal). Leah really knows her stuff when it comes to interview preparation and resume building. She helped me move from an industry where job interviews are a casual one-on-one chat to a government role where behavioural based panel interviews are the norm.
